The outline of the national medium-and long-term education reform and development plan puts forward that "strict implementation of the infant teacher qualification standards,practical strengthening of the training and training of the infant teacher,and improvement of the overall quality of the infant teacher team".The competence of preschool teachers directly affects the level of preschool education.Only by constantly improving the abilities of preschool teachers can children's all-round development be promoted,parents' satisfaction to the kindergarten can be improved,and the overall quality of preschool education can be improved.There are many aspects of preschool teachers' abilities.In this study,only the teaching abilities of the teachers' abilities were selected,and the relationship between the teaching languages and the teaching abilities of preschool teachers was studied based on the teaching languages.This study adopts observation and evaluation method and interview method,and USES the "teaching language observation evaluation table of preschool teachers" and "teaching ability observation evaluation table" compiled by sun yan,a postgraduate student of hunan normal university,as research tools,which has good reliability and validity.The evaluation form of teaching language observation of preschool teachers has a total of 20 items in three dimensions,including demonstration standard,language art and interactive mode.The evaluation form of teaching ability includes 20 items in five dimensions,including activity objective,activity content,teaching method and process,teaching quality and activity effect.85 subjects were selected from 8 kindergartens in shenzhen(including 30 novice teachers,30 skilled teachers,20 backbone teachers and 5 expert teachers)to evaluate the teaching ability of preschool teachers and the application of teaching language in teaching activities.SPSS24 was used to analyze and process the collected data,and the results were as follows:1.Demonstration standards: in terms of teaching language demonstration and speed,there are significant differences among teachers of different teaching ages,with skilled teachers lower than novice teachers,and novice teachers lower than backbone teachers and expert teachers as a whole.In terms of teaching language logic,the level of novice teachers is lower than that of skilled teachers,the level of skilled teachers is lower than that of backbone teachers,and the level of backbone teachers is lower than that of expert teachers.2.Language art: in terms of the child-like,linguistic beauty,voice and vitality of teaching language,there are significant differences among teachers of different teaching ages.The level of skilled teachers is lower than that of novice teachers,and that of novice teachers is lower than that of key teachers and expert teachers.In terms of teaching language conciseness,appropriate repetition,less oral English and integrity,the level of new teachers is lower than that of master teachers,and the level of master teachers is lower than that of expert teachers.3.Interactive mode: question,pause after question,encouraging language,answer,cue and interactive atmosphere,there are significant differences among teachers of different teaching ages.The level of novice teacher is lower than that of skilled teacher,and the level of skilled teacher is lower than that of expert teacher.4.In terms of the goal and content of teaching activities,expert teachers are the best,followed by backbone teachers,skilled teachers and novice teachers are relatively weak,and there is no significant difference between them.In terms of teaching quality and activity effect,novice teachers had the worst level,skilled teachers were slightly stronger,and backbone teachers and expert teachers were the highest,with no significant difference between them.Teaching methods in teaching activities In terms of process,the expert teacher is the best,followed by the backbone teacher,and then the skilled teacher,and the novice teacher is the weakest.5.The teaching language of teachers of different teaching ages is significantly related to their teaching ability,among which the most closely related is the way of interaction between teachers and children.In order to further improve the teaching language of children teachers and promote their teaching ability,this paper analyzes and discusses the research results,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions from the aspects of pre-job training,kindergarten management and teachers' personal growth.
