Kindergarten music teaching activity is the main way and expression of the implementation of kindergarten music education.children in the process of participating in music teaching activities gradually form a healthy,good quality.The improvement of kindergarten teachers’ music teaching ability is helpful to cultivate high-quality teachers.The strength of ability directly affects the effect of kindergarten teachers’ music activities.According to Jackson and Clark’s et al assessment of teachers’ teaching abilities in the three stages of teaching activities,and with reference to Xu Zhuoya’s "Music Education for Preschool Children",this study used the self-compiled questionnaire Questionnaire on the Status Quo of Kindergarten Teachers’ Music Teaching Ability to study the music teaching ability of kindergarten teachers.In this study,152 kindergarten teachers in C City were given questionnaires,12 kindergarten teachers were selected to observe their music activities,and 9kindergarten teachers were interviewed.In-depth analysis of the kindergarten teachers music teaching ability problems and reasons,on this basis,put forward suggestions.On the basis of studying the present situation of music teaching ability of kindergarten teachers,it is found that the music teaching design of kindergarten teachers deviates from the level of children’s music development at all stages.The implementation of music teaching is not flexible enough and short of the ability to adjust to changing circumstances.The evaluation of music teaching neglects three aspects such as the evaluation of children.This paper analyzes the reasons of the above issues from three aspects: kindergarten,teacher and pre-vocational education.In terms of the kindergarten,the reasons include the minimal effect of kindergarten training in kindergartens.At the teacher level,there are three aspects: the deviation of music teaching concept,the incomplete mastery of music basic theoretical knowledge and the weak practical ability of music teaching.At the level of pre-service education,there is a lack of music practice teaching links,and the ability of combining theory with practice is insufficient.Through the analysis of the problems and causes,this paper proposes some recommendations on improve the music teaching ability of kindergarten teachers from three aspects: kindergarten,teachers and pre-service education.At the kindergarten level,stratified training and special training are adopted to improve the effectiveness of music teaching and training.At the teacher level,it is necessary to establish scientific music teaching concept and cultivate the consciousness of independent learning.Strengthen the music teaching related knowledge study,perfect the teacher music teaching knowledge structure;Build music teaching learning community,improve music teaching ability in cooperation.In the aspect of pre-service education,music teaching should be emphasized and practical courses related to music teaching should be added.Constructing a new music teaching curriculum system to promote the development of music teaching ability.
