With dramatically developing of society,one of the main contradictions in our country has turned into the contradiction between the highly demanding of people pursuing a better life and the unbalanced and incomplete developing of the social condition.Therefore,the preschool education with diversity and high-quality has become the new request in the new era.Under the condition,the drama teaching which emphasizes the development of the comprehensive ability and applies multiple intelligences has been all the rage at the time;moreover,the ability of teachers in preschool education becomes the research focus.This paper attempts to construct the system of the ability of kindergarten teachers' drama teaching,make a list of several first level indicators of the system,and use this core system to formulate questionnaires and design interviews,in order to study the current situation of preschool teachers' drama teaching ability in China but also come up with the suggestions.This study randomly selected 500 teachers from various levels of kindergartens in various regions as research subjects,and collected a total of 500 valid questionnaires.IBM SPSS Statistics 18.0 tested the questionnaire for internal consistency reliability,content validity,and construct validity,concluded that it had a good reliability and validity.It has good reliability and validity.The data obtained were analyzed by ‘Descriptive' in IBM SPSS Statistics18.0 to study the current situation of the development of kindergarten teachers' drama teaching ability in China.At the same time,some teachers?principals and parents were interviewed for this study in Wuhan,Hubei Province.Based on the study,the existing literature research and the results of the questionnaire combined with the interviews,there are four following problems in an ability of a drama teaching of preschool teacher: lack of awareness,lack of experience,homogeneity and uneven development in the drama teaching of preschool teachers.By analyzing problems of the current situation,we summarized four effective strategies to promote drama teaching ability: First,to improve kindergarten teachers' awareness of drama teaching,exert their subjective initiative,and improve self-teaching ability;second,to promote diversified selection of kindergarten theatre drama learning styles,make use of effective strategies;and third,to provide a variety of drama teaching ability training forms,strengthen the cooperation between colleges and society in the teaching ability of drama,and improve the mechanism of the teaching ability of drama in kindergartens;fourth,to increase the drama teaching ability of kindergarten teachers before their work,and Establishing a general education system with whole personality training,construct a team with specialized ability of drama teaching.
