Since the 21 st century,driven by China's economy,the curriculum reform of basic education has been in full swing.The professional growth of teachers has attracted the attention of different levels of society,and certain research results have been achieved.Through reviewing the domestic and foreign literatures on the growth mode of teacher specialization,this study finds that there is little empirical research.Therefore,this paper takes the middle school teachers in pingshan district of shenzhen city,an emerging urban area,as the research object,and studies the specific Suggestions aimed at innovating the professional growth mode of teachers.Through reviewing relevant literatures,this study defines the professional growth mode of teachers as the methods and forms adopted by individuals and schools to promote teachers' growth from the perspective of specialization.Determines the way of teacher professional development of the theme of four dimensions,according to the dimension design of questionnaire and interview outline,and in the middle school teachers as the object of the questionnaire,select the four typical and representative in the school as a case study object,exploring the level of teacher professional development,comparative analysis,according to the research conclusion,put forward Suggestions and countermeasures with pertinence.This study is divided into eight chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part of the research.It is divided into six sections,which mainly explain the background,purpose,problem,value,design and innovation of the research.The second chapter is the theoretical foundation,which defines the core concepts and provides some theoretical basis for the research.The third chapter is the analysis part of the research status at home and abroad.It analyzes the domestic and foreign literature on the growth mode of teacher specialization,sorts out the research hotspots at home and abroad,and grasps the general direction of the research.The fourth chapter is the pre-test of the scale and the generation of the formal scale.The preliminary questionnaire of this study is designed according to the previous analysis,and the pilot research is carried out.The feasibility of the pre-test questionnaire is analyzed by factor analysis and reliability analysis.A formal questionnaire for the four dimensions of growth.The fifth chapter analyzes and discusses the overall situation of the professional growth mode of teachers in pingshan district.Descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and difference analysis are conducted through quantitative processing to draw preliminary conclusions.In addition,four case schools that need qualitative research are selected through z-score.The sixth chapter is the analysis and discussion of the research results of the case schools.Through in-depth interviews with schools,the reliability of the questionnaire data is verified and the information behind the data is further understood.The seventh chapter is the comparative analysis and discussion of the case school,combing the quantitative data and interview data of the previous article,comparing the cases,thinking about finding similarities and differences and its influencing factors.Chapter eight is the suggestion of innovating the teacher professional growth mode.This paper summarizes the research conclusions and puts forward the feasible countermeasures and Suggestions for teachers' professional growth mode.
