Analysis Of The Status Quo And Influencing Factors Of Standard Treatment After Sharp Injury In Hunan Province

Objective:To survey practical nursing students in Hunan province after sharp injury standard treatment compliance status, analyze the causes and influenced factors, enhance the practical nursing students standard treatment compliance after sharp injury, reduce the adverse influence of sharp injury to practical nursing students,and improve their awareness of sharp injury.Methods:Based on the principle of bearing arrangement and stratified sampling 5 third-level hospitals of Hunan province, the questionnaire surveys were taken among 479 practical nursing students. Using Excel 2013 and Spss17.0 statistical software for data analysis, powerusage effectiveness and composition than counting data statistical description, and unconditioned binary classification with chi-square lojistic regression analysis to practical nursing students after sharp injury to standardize the factors affecting the treatment compliance of single factor and multiple factors analysis.Results:The sharp injury incidence of practical nursing students was 65.34%, 24.22% of the practical nursing students met the sharp injury 2 times or more than 2 times,39.67% of practice nursing students were attacked at least once by a patient blood or body fluids contaminated sharps injuries. After sharp injury, only 36.43% of the practical nursing students could standardly deal with the wound, 63.57% of practical nursing students could not standardly deal with the wound. 36.71% of the nursing students had nothing to do with whether to need to deal with the wound specification,28.32% of the nursing students were busy not to deal with the wound standardly. Only 10.86% of practical nursing students reported to the teacher or the head nurse every time after sharp injury, nearly two-thirds of practical nursing students did not do it,42.33% of practical nursing students thought reporting program trival,28.81% of practical nursing students thought the hospital don't pay attention to the report. Only 12.78% of practical nursing students checked the patient after each injury case and view the presence of blood-borne diseases patients. No practical nursing students completed the registration from of sharp injury, only 29.71% of practical nursing students did blood tests or did preventive treatments, there were some people who did not make any treatment.Different practical time?effort?education degree? working environment of practical nursing students' standard treatment adherence after sharp injury happening is statistically significant. Nursing students who accept the education of occupational protection are less and protection consciousness is not strong, the work is tedious, teaching managers do not take the sharp injury of nursing students and teachers, hospital management system becomes a mere formality, etc,these are all nursing students sharp injury occurred after the influence factors of low standard treatment adherence.Conclusion:The rate of practical nursing students sharp injury incidence is high, but the standard treatment compliance after sharp injury is low, nurses are lack of occupational protection education and not good at sharp injury protection consciousness.The hospital occupational protection system is not enough, which should be got the attention from the authorities.
