Study On Group Work Intervention To Improve The Interpersonal Communication Ability Of Mobile Children

With the growing group of mobile children,the problem of interpersonal communication among migrant children has become a focus area of social work research.Mobile children follow their parents into the city and face some problems of changing educational patterns and leaving their native culture and social environment.This makes it easier for migrant children to have problems in their interpersonal relationships,and the lack of interpersonal skills can have a negative impact on the socialization of children.Improving the interpersonal skills of mobile children is conducive to promoting the socialization of mobile children and the overall development of the body and mind.Taking the X community of Taiyuan City as an example,combined with the previous research results,this paper uses the method of group work to understand the problems existing in the interpersonal communication ability of mobile children through questionnaire,and takes this as the starting point.Through the analysis of the interpersonal skills of mobile children,recruiting members in the community and primary schools,combining the characteristics of different stages of mobile children and the needs of interpersonal communication,to improve the interpersonal communication skills of mobile children,improve self-confidence,mutual cooperation ability and so on to plan and design group activities.In the course of the activities,we use professional social worker skills and methods to summarize each activity,improve the quality of group activities,and find ways to enhance the interpersonal skills of mobile children.Through the study,it is found that group work plays a certain role in improving the interpersonal skills of mobile children,and after the implementation of the activities to summarize and reflect,from the individual,family,school,society and other aspects for the establishment of interpersonal growth groups and help mobile children to prevent and solve the problem of interpersonal communication barriers to provide feasible recommendations,However,after the group's work,it is necessary to carry out a long period of consolidation exercises to prevent the degradation of the interpersonal skills of the team members.
