The reading-aid system is an important part of Chinese textbooks.It is a series of assistive reading materials provided by the textbook writers in order to guide the teachers to grasp the textbooks and help the students to learn independently.It mainly includes a series of materials with the nature of guidance,such as editor's words,unit introduction,preview tips,notes,exercises after class,charts,and side notes.There are abundant teaching resources in the reading-aid system,such as the hints of learning contents,learning objectives and learning methods,the interpretation of some difficult problems and the quotations of relevant materials,etc.,which play an important role in Chinese teaching.As a new textbook for unified use throughout the country,the edition of the ministry of education is more flexible and comprehensive in the compilation of the reading-aid system,and plays a more prominent role in guiding language teaching and learning.However,in teaching practice,teachers and students pay little attention to and use the reading-aid system,failing to dig out the rich teaching value of the reading-aid system.On the one hand,it is related to the teachers' understanding and improper use of the reading-aid system;on the other hand,it is also related to the imperfect preparation of the reading-aid system in the part.Therefore,this paper takes the textbook of junior high school compiled by the ministry of education as the research object.First of all,it compares the textbook of junior high school compiled by the ministry of education with the reading-aid system of the old people's education press to grasp the main compilation features of the reading-aid system.Secondly,this paper focuses on the application mode of the reading-aid system compiled by the research department.Through an in-depth investigation of the current situation of the reading-aid system,the problems existing in the use of the reading-aid system by first-line teachers and students are explored,as well as the evaluation and feedback of the new textbook reading-aid system by teachers and students.Finally,in response to the problems in the use process,put forward corresponding use suggestions,in order to provide some inspiration for the first-line teachers and students to use the reading-aid system.At the same time,combined with the evaluation feedback of teachers and students,some suggestions for improvement in the preparation of the supplemental reading-aid system of the Ministry are proposed,in order to provide some reference for the textbook editor to optimize the reading-aid system.
