The problem of the one-child policy brought about many series problems.It's combined with the “compensatory mentality” of most parents on the issue of gender education for their children.In our real life,the policy makes a lot of boys became “feminization”(called “female man”)and calls the girl “masculine”.This phenomenon of "female man” is becoming more and more obvious in our daily life.It's also becoming a social issue that causes widespread concern.The positioning and education of gender roles is not only related to the individual's psychological and physical health,but also to the national quality and civilization development of an era.The junior high school students in adolescence have undergone dramatic changes in both physical and psychological aspects,which is the most important and crucial period in the process of life growth.In particular,the sense of vagueness,tension and embarrassment in the positioning of gender roles are bringing huge risks and challenges to the healthy growth of junior high school students and the future development of life.Face up to those objective problems.We must analyze the characteristics and the changes.Because it's also deeply influence series of problems that may arise from the healthy growth of the group and make positive responses to help junior high school students to create clear and accurate gender awareness and positioning.It should undoubtedly become an important task in the teaching and research of the course of Morality and Rule of Law.The lack of gender role consciousness will bring a series of misguided orientations to the interpersonal communication and mental health development of junior high school students.It will have far-reaching negative effects on the learning and future development of junior high school students.Therefore,strengthening gender role education in the course of Morality and Rule of Law it not only can help junior high school students to pass the physiological and psychological imbalance period successful,but also correctly understand their gender roles,form healthy gender role awareness and behavioral regulation for better.Those are help students build a solid foundation to adapting the future social life and development requirements.However,in the process of gender role educations in the course of Morality and Rule of Law,there are many problems to be solved: in the teacher field,due to the negative influence of the test-oriented education and utilitarian thinking.The importance of teachers' education on gender role lacks lots of awareness.Teachers understanding are not deep enough.Due to the outdated teaching methods of teachers,the negative influence of mass media,the lack of campus culture construction and the deviation of family education.Students are not interested in the knowledge of gender roles.They are not interested in textbooks and teaching methods.In terms of the limitations of ideas,the compilation of relevant content is “drinking water”,and the related lectures are “point-to-point”,which is not enough to integrate with actual life phenomena and problems.In order to solve all problems and help junior high school students in adolescence form healthy gender role awareness.This paper focuses on ways and methods to strengthen gender role education.Gender role education is inseparable from the close cooperation of schools,parents and teachers.Establish school-based curriculum;improve the professional quality of the teachers;realize the deep integration of teaching and education,teaching materials and teaching methods;implement multi-evaluation;promote teachers to actively carry out gender role education and teaching and so on.They are all necessary methods that teaching should be constructed and improved ways.At the same time,it is necessary to closely integrate family education and enrich the extracurricular experience activities.Finally,the specific measures proposed in this study are applied in the actual teaching process.The teaching and design of the lesson “Boys and Girls” in the gender role education is carried out to promote.In order to teachers improve and deepen the gender role education and teaching.
