"A hundred years of planning,education-oriented;education plan,teacher-oriented."But in many occupations, teacher was listed as one of the most vulnerable job that might suffer from career burnout. There were ample evidences that teachers who suffer from job burnout often felt depressed and exhausted, which in turn might affect teachers, personal health and turnover. Therefore, any cause that may lead to teachers' burnout should be investigated extensively.Teaching is actually an emotional practice activity because teachers spend a lot of time each day interacting with leaders, colleagues, and students. However, teachers as high-intensity emotional labor workers, their emotional labor is often difficult to obtain correct understanding and due respect,we often only pay attention to teachers "do what",rather than teachers "feel what".Studies have shown that emotional labor has the strongest prediction for job burnout.Interestingly, emotional labor is a double-edged sword:inappropriate emotional labor is likely to lead to teachers' emotional exhaustion and loss of enthusiasm for teaching work. But proper emotional labor can reduce teachers' job burnout and enhance teachers' self-esteem and sense of accomplishment. Therefore, investigation in teachers' emotional labor can contribute to reducing teachers, job burnout. In view of this, scholars have begun to pay attention to the relationship between teachers'emotional labor and teachers' emotional exhaustion, work input, and teacher self-efficacy.Emotional labor occurs in the process of interpersonal interaction. In the field of organizational behavior, existing research has extended to the influence of emotional labor on interactive objects. However,in the field of emotional labor research of teachers, the influence of teachers' emotional labor on students was less discussed. Therefore,it is necessary to consider student variables to fturther expand the research framework of emotional labor, and investigate the mechanism of influence.Teacher-student relationship is one of the most important interpersonal relationships and will have a profound impact on a student's life. Some studies suggest that teachers, emotions were actually an important factor affecting the relationship between teachers and students. If teachers ean,t earry out effective emotional management it is easy to lead to the crack of teacher-student relationship. In view of this, this study mainly combined with student variables to discuss the influence mechanism of teachers' emotional labor strategy on the teacher-student relationship, and explored teachers' job burnout and the students'perception of teachers' emotional support in the chain of intermediary role, hope to rich the research achievements in the field of teachers' emotional labor and broade the theory boundary.More important to be able to find a "the best of both worlds, emotional labor strategy that not only conductive to teachers' physical and mental health, but can promote student satisfaction, casting a good relationship between teachers and students. In response to above problems, this study uses a questionnaire method to conduct a paired sample survey of 119 class advisers from four middle schools in Wuhan and 993 students in their class to obtain research data, and uses SPSS22.0 for descriptive statistics and related analysis,Mplus7.4 for cross-layer data analysis. The results are as follows:(1)Teachers show a high level of awareness of emotional display rules and high levels of emotional labor.Teachers can clearly perceive the requirements and expectations of the outside world for their emotional management, and will conduct high-intensity emotional labor on this basis.(2)Teachers' surface acting strategy significantly predicts teacher's job burnout;the deep acting strategy significantly negatively predicts teacher's job burnout;the relationship between the Expression of Naturally Felt Emotions strategy and job burnout has not been found.(3)Teachers' surface acting strategy edge significantly negatively predicts the quality of teacher-student relationship;the teacher,s deep acting strategy edge significantly predicts the quality of teacher-student relationship;the teacher's Expression of Naturally Felt Emotions strategy significantly predicts the quality of teacher-student relationship.(4)Teachers' job burnout and students' perception of teachers' emotional support play a chain intermediary role among the teacher's surface layer, the deep acting strategy and the teacher-student relationship.Specifically, the surface acting strategy and the deep acting strategy respectively predict the students' perception of teachers' emotional support through the different influences on job burnout, and ultimately affect the quality of the teacher-student relationship.(5)Students' perception of teachers' emotional support plays a full intermediary role between Expression of Naturally Felt Emotions strategy and the teacher-student relationship. Finally,we reflect and summarize the shortcomings of this research, putting forward the prospect of future research, expounding the theoretical significance of the research, and providing some relevant practical suggestions for teachers and school administrators.
