In 2015,the general Office of the State Council issred the Opinions on Comprehensively Strdngthening and Improving School Aesthetic Education,stating that Aesthetic education is not only aesthetic education,but also sentiment education and spiritual education.It can not only improve people's aesthetic quality,but also influence people's emotion,interest,temperament,mind,inspire people's spirit and moisten people's soul.Music education as the main way to implement aesthetic education,to achieve the shaping and sublimation of students' emotions.As the dominant element of music education,teachers should exert their emotional power to achieve the "emotional" goal of music education.The primary stage is the most important basic stage of music education in schools.Based on this,this study explores the composition and current situation of emotional labor of music teachers in primary schools from the perspective of emotional labor,and then promotes the realization of the teaching goal of "emotional" music in primary schools.From the perspective of emotional labor,this study introduces emotional labor into the study of music education in China for the first time.This study adopts the mixed research paradigm of qualitative research and quantitative research,through the analysis of the essence of primary school music teaching,clarifies the connotation and constituent elements of primary school music teachers' emotional labor,probes into the present situation and influencing elements of primary school music teachers' emotional labor,and provides feasible suggestions for the practice of primary school music teachers' emotional labor.This study is mainly divided into four parts,the first part is theoretical research: through the analysis of primary school music teaching and teachers' emotional labor related literature and theory,combing the connotation framework and influencing factors of teachers' emotional labor;the second part is qualitative research: through classroom observation and interview,this paper probes into the reasons behind the present situation of explicit emotional expression and implicit emotional regulation of primary school music teachers' emotional labor;The third part is quantitative research: combined with the results of qualitative research,this paper investigates the emotional labor and related variables of primary school music teachers,and analyzes the present situation and influencing factors of implicit emotional regulation of primary school music teachers' emotional labor.The fourth part is the comprehensive analysis and strategy research: through the comprehensive analysis and discussion of the qualitative and quantitative research results,the influencing factors of primary school music teachers' emotional labor are found to provide feasible suggestions for primary school music teachers' emotional labor.Based on the text analysis of nearly 19,000 words and the quantitative analysis of 904 questionnaires,the following conclusions are drawn:Conclusion 1: based on literature combing and theoretical analysis,this paper clarifies the connotation and constituent elements of emotional labor of primary school music teachers,and further determines the dimensions of emotional labor investigation of primary school music teachers through pre-study.Conclusion 2: through classroom observation,interview and questionnaire survey,The level of emotional labor of primary school music teachers is significantly higher than that of primary and middle school teachers in primary and secondary schools.Positive and negative emotional experience exists at the same time,teachers undefined level of professional self-identity and personal achievement are good,and there are generally different degrees of job burnout.In the process of emotional labor,the strategy of deep play is mainly adopted and the level of emotional labor perception is good.The speech expression,expression and body expression of the primary music teacher in the external dominant mood expression show a significant "emotional advance" of the subject characteristics.Conclusion 3: through the comprehensive analysis and discussion of the research results,it is concluded that the primary school music emotional labor is affected by the interaction from teachers themselves,emotional expression rules and schools above.Teachersundefinedunderstanding of the emotional elements in teaching,teachersundefined professional self-identity and emotional state will all have an impact on their emotional labor.The rules of emotional expression from different dimensions restrict and influence the cognition and practice of teachersundefinedemotional labor.The importance of the school,resources support,cultural environment,evaluation mechanism and so on from the external impact on the emotional labor of primary school music teachers.Conclusion 4: The value of the emotional labor of the primary music teachers is the feasible suggestion for their emotional work.The emotional work of the primary school music teachers is of great significance to the professional development of the teachers,the music learning and the individual development of the students,and the realization of the music education goals.It can improve the emotional labor of primary school music teachers by promoting the teacherundefineds emotional conservation,clarifying the emotion expression rules and improving the emotional labor environment.
