As high emotions laborers, High school teachers’emotional labor strategy used in the teaching have a profound effect not only on teachers but also on the development of students. Studies focus on teachers’emotional labor and professional psychological health have an important meaning to improve the teaching level and the education quality.This study make an investigation of572middle school teachers in hubei province, through diagrams and questionnaires, to explore their emotional labor strategies, teaching efficacy and job burnout. Using SPSS16.0and LISREL8.5for data analysis, to explore the present situation of middle school teachers, different contributions on job burnout from emotional labor strategies and the moderating role of emotional labor strategy on the relationship between the job burnout and teaching self-efficacy. The results are as follows:(1) MiaoLiHua’s primary and middle school teachers’ emotional labor questionnaire was revised. Based on the project analysis and exploratory factor analysis results, item9and14were delected. The revised questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and can be used to test middle school teachers’ emotional labor.(2) the overall level of emotional labor strategy of middle school teachers higher than the midpoint level; junior middle school teacher show more tent than high school teachers to take various kinds of emotional labor strategy. There are no significant differences in sex and degree types.(3) teaching of self-efficacy of middle school teachers are in above-average levels; Junior middle school teachers’ personal teaching self-efficacy level are higher than high school teachers’; there are no significant diffrences in gender and degree types.(4) teachers’ occupational tiredness in the medium level; there is significant difference between male and femal techers on Emotional exhaustion borrows. Male teachers’ emotional exhaustion is higher than female teachers’. (5) teaching efficacy has a significant correlation with emotional labor strategy, but is negatively related to job burnout.(6) through the advantage analysis, the’active deep acting’in the overall impact of job burnout plays the most important role, and help to reduce the degree of individual job burnout, which support the resources conservation theory.(7) the’deliberate surface acting’and’active deep acting’have significant intermediary role in the relationship between teaching of self-efficacy and job burnout.
