Teacher-student relationship is the most basic and complicated interpersonal relationship in the field of education.The relationship between teachers and students directly affects students' learning status,personality development,and teachers' psychological state and work attitude.The famous Soviet educator Zankov said: "In terms of the effectiveness of educational work,it is very important to see how the relationship between teachers and students is." The teacher-student relationship is not only an important part of the teaching process,but also runs through the whole process of education and teaching.With the development of society and the continuous strengthening and deepening of the new curriculum reform,various teachers and students are constantly highlighted in the process of education and teaching practice.Relationship issues,such as "teachers are not born,students are disrespectful," and so on,therefore,the construction of a benign teacher-student relationship constitutes one of the urgent problems to be solved in the field of education.The essence of teacher-student relationship is a kind of social relationship.Mutual support is a concentrated expression of healthy and benign social relations.Based on this,the research puts forward the concept of supporting teacher-student relationship and explains its corresponding connotation,characteristics and functions.And based on the investigation of the status quo,put forward the corresponding construction strategy.details as follows.First of all,the supportive teacher-student relationship refers to the social relationship between teachers and students on an equal footing and benign interaction in order to promote the improvement of students' existing conditions in order to improve the effectiveness of education and teaching.The supportive teacher-student relationship is characterized by education,equality,diversity and openness;it is mainly reflected in the communication,tolerance,mutual assistance and dialogue between teachers and students;it plays an effective role in information transmission,activates the educational atmosphere and promotes individual students.Socialization and the role of teacher professional effectiveness.Secondly,the research uses the questionnaire survey method to analyze the current situation of teachers and students and the existing problems through the analysis of the questionnaire survey results of 40 teachers and 510 students,including the utilitarian and modalities of the purpose between teachers and students.Unidirectionality,the closure of time and space,and the indifference of emotions.Finally,based on the supportive teacher-student relationship and the analysis of the status quo,the author puts forward the relevant strategies for constructing the supportive teacher-student relationship.First,the subjective active strategy mainly requires teachers and students to improve and enhance the teacher-student relationship by changing the internal state of the individual;The second is the mutual support strategy,that is,teachers and students improve the teacher-student relationship by changing the communication paradigm;the third is the background support strategy,that is,the requirements of society as a background element,and the improvement of teacher-student relationship through social change.
