The emotional state of middle school teachers and the Emotional Labor are closely related to the organizational effectiveness of the school.Optimizing the Emotional Labor of middle school teachers can improve the organizational effectiveness of teachers,and then enhance the effective operation of school organizations.This study is based on the previous literature on Emotional Labor and Organizational Citizenship Behavior,through statistical analysis of the survey data,Emotional Labor Strategies,the specific influence relationship between Organizational Citizenship Behavior to provide theoretical basis for improving school organizational effectiveness.Based on the relevant research results of Emotional Labor and Organizational Citizenship Behavior,345 middle school teachers were selected as subjects,using questionnaire survey and8 teachers were selected for interview research,using the questionnaire of Emotional Labor among middle school teachers,the questionnaire of Organizing Citizenship Behavior among middle school teachers and the outline of interviewing about Emotional Labor and Organizational Citizenship Behavior among middle school teachers as research tools,through SPSS20.0 statistical analysis of the collected data,to explore the overall status of Emotional Labor among middle school teachers and Organizational Citizenship Behavior,influencing factors,and both.The results of the questionnaire found that:(1)Teachers' Emotional Labor scores are generally high,Emotional Labor surface behavior scores are the lowest,active depth behavior and passive depth behavior scores are higher.(2)According to the results of the analysis of the differences in the demographic variables of the Emotional Labor of middle school teachers,there are significant differences in the factors of sex ? teaching age and professional title.(3)According to secondary school teachers The difference analysis results of Organizational Citizenship Behavior in demographic variables show that Organizational Citizenship Behavior has significant differences in gender and teaching age,but there is no significant difference in professional title factors.(4)According to the results of the analysis of the differences in the demographic variables of the Emotional Labor and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of middle school teachers,there are significant differences in the factors of subject;the superficial behavior is negatively related to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of middle school teachers,the deep behavior is positively related to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of middle school teachers,the superficial behavior is not conducive to the production of Organizational Citizenship Behavior,and the deep behavior will promote the occurrence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior of teachers.(5)Emotional Labor can significantly predict Organizational Citizenship Behavior,and Emotional Labor can effectively predict the identity organization,interpersonal coordination and individual initiative of middle school teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior.(6)The influence of parents,colleagues and leaders on the Emotional Labor of middle school teachers and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Based on the research results,this paper suggests: school leaders regulate management,improve school rules and regulations,create goals,shape common values to stimulate teachers' Emotional Labor depth behavior and Organizational Citizenship Behavior,teachers can optimize themselves,express true feelings,properly vent their emotions,eliminate bad emotions in time,reduce the occurrence of surface behavior,provide strong guarantee for students' growth and school development,and then improve the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of middle school teachers to improve the effectiveness of school organization.
