At present,China's precision poverty alleviation has entered the stage of tackling the hardship,and the professional strength of social work has helped to overcome poverty.This is an important manifestation of the poverty alleviation mode from the previous “blood transfusion” poverty alleviation to the current “hematopoietic” poverty alleviation.“Blood formation” aims to guide the poor.to generate the power and the ability to develop themselves.This kind of power and ability requires the long-term support of education and professional strength.The educational resources and educational undertakings in rural areas of gansu province have been deficient and backward for a long time.In particular,many factors,such as the lack of family education,limited school ability,lack of social resources and surrounding environment,have affected left-behind children's interest in reading to varying degrees.How to use social work expertise to develope education of rural left-behind children in poor region,improve left-behind children's reading interest,increase the reading quantity,broaden the children's horizon,seek the change and development of themselves and their family,all above is involved in social work precision for poverty alleviation,focus on the important way and means of education out of poverty.Based on the above reasons,it is necessary to strengthen and broaden the train of thought,and carry out the professional operation of cultivating the reading interest of the left-behind children in poor rural areas in practice.First of all,this paper summarizes and comments on the current research results on the reading interest of left-behind children in rural areas through literature collection.At the same time,it further sorts out the research topics by combining the methods of investigation and statistics,interview and action research.Secondly,the author in the S community social work of colleges and universities project sites(public library)in view of the left-behind children's reading interest to develop the service process,integrated into the basic theory of social work and social work intervention method,field survey of status quo of rural left-behind children reading,collect data,found that their main problems and needs in reading interest.At the same time,this paper discusses how to cultivate the reading interest of rural left-behind children through social work cases and groups.Finally,in view of the current problem of rural left-behind children's reading interest is not high,put forward by positive and effective social work intervention,build on children's reading interest from native families,school,community,and puts forward some countermeasures of rural left-behind children reading interest ideas and suggestions,to advocate the social from all walks of life focus on the cultivation of the ethnic minority areas in gansu rural left-behind children's reading interest.
