With the continuous development and deep transformation of our country's economy and society,especially the rapid advancement of urbanization,the number of rural resident population continues to decrease,resulting in the regional reduction of the size of school-age population.In addition,the 10-year large-scale "withdrawal point and school" movement has made the large number of small-scale schools in the vast rural areas,especially in remote mountainous areas,an objective reality.In small-scale rural schools,the shortage of teachers and the serious shortage of professional teachers have led to the inadequacy of the State-prescribed curriculum,and the cultivation of rural students' comprehensive quality has become an empty talk.In recent years,the rapid development of information technology has profoundly changed people's way of life and learning.It is of great significance to use information technology to achieve overtaking in rural education.Various organizations have emerged all over the country to help the poor through education through information technology platform.Among them,the interactive beautiful rural network public welfare course sponsored by HuJiang institutions is also known as Double-teacher teaching.It is the largest public welfare curriculum applied in rural schools in recent years.This research chooses S Education Committee of J County in GanSu Province as the research object.Through classroom observation,teacher interviews and student interviews,it is known that there are many problems in the current Double-teacher teaching: the course content is not systematic,the teaching process is not interactive,the teaching effect is not obvious,the teaching evaluation is formalized,the quality of Online teachers is uneven,and the teaching environment is not guaranteed.Through the analysis of the causes of these problems,it is found that the management system of the curriculum itself is not perfect,the off-line teachers' curriculum rights are deprived,the off-line teachers do not agree with the curriculum,and the school management is not in place,which makes it difficult for the dual-teacher teaching to continue to play a practical role for rural schools.On this basis,the S Educational Committee hasimproved the teaching of double teachers.Three art teachers from the region have been selected to broadcast the national art courses directly to the whole Educational Committee.The improved teaching of double teachers has achieved good results,students' learning enthusiasm has been improved,offline teachers have changed from passive coping to active coping,and online teachers' professional abilities have been developed.However,due to the S Educational Committee,online teachers' professional abilities have been improved.Due to the limitation of objective conditions,the lack of professional teachers leads to the incoherence of teaching content,and the platform for collective lesson preparation and reflection of teachers online and offline has not yet been built,which leads to inadequate communication between teachers before and after class and affects the teaching effect.Based on this,the researcher tried to construct the teaching mode of "double teachers" in the county,with the support of the county education authorities,to ensure the perfect operation of "double teachers" teaching,and to play a role for small-scale rural schools.Through the research,it is found that the dual-teacher teaching model helps to make up for the shortage of teachers in small-scale rural schools,and also provides a good platform for teachers' growth.With the help of the dual-teacher teaching model,the small-scale rural schools can be transformed.
