The X High School of Meihekou,which is taught by the author,is a key high school in the province.In the course of the educational reform,the school has merged three neighboring high schools to realize the integration of the teaching resources in the high school.But in the process of mergers is die quality of middle school students greatly decline,fewer and fewer students,admission scores decreased,students not only low grades are often accompanied by behavioral habits,study habits,mental health and other aspects of the problems in the management of class teacher to rely on the power of one person achieved only Galway strict pressure policy.No matter what students need must be completed in accordance with the requirements of teachers,not only democratic centralization.If we look around the social environment and want to succeed,we need not only a good educational background,but also a person's active thinking and positive ability to deal with.It also needs to cultivate the core quality of the development of Chinese students.At home and abroad,class management,literature,collation,learning,class,group,cooperative management model of practical research more and more,the advantages of group cooperation management model has become increasingly prominent.However,the current research has focused on the primary and secondary schools,and little research has been done on the group cooperative management in senior high schools.High school class is the embodiment of basic education in the collective consciousness of the strongest,but also cultivate students' sense of competition,teamwork,self management,improve the ability of the most important stage of all-round development,scientific construction management mode of the class group can better promote the students,improve the efficiency of class management.The researchers conducted questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers at X high school in order to show the development of our group cooperative management model.The survey results show that the X problem of the current senior high school class group co management highlights many:the system established mainly by the teacher development,lack of student participation;the cooperative application form is single,class cooperation frequency is low;the members of the division of labor is not clear,the lack of exercise;the group cooperation is not obvious;the score is less useful,the lack of incentive effect.In order to establish the suitable X high class group co management,to explore the main reason is:the establishment of the working group to ignore the subjective intention of the students,the effects of group solidarity and development;the teaching team lack of experience and success,no real practice;the teacher does not have the confidence of the students,not good at using and training class the class cadre management team,to suppress the effect;only grasp the learning discipline the high school class management,serious neglect of class culture construction and students' social ability,team cooperation leads to the lack of fresh vitality,not sustainable development.According to the current situation and reasons of X high class group co management analysis,according to the principle of group dynamics,social cohesion theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,the zone of proximal development theory,motivation theory and Humanism learning theory as the theoretical basis,from the construction of democratic cooperative group,the construction of self enforcement and supervision mechanism,cooperative management the mode of training and group work in the classroom and classroom activities in the application of the four aspects of high school class group co management model construction and application.And from class management,student participation,classroom learning,students' performance,students' comprehensive performance,student achievement and class evaluation five angles,students' progress is greater.Finally,the rationalization proposals are put forward.Finally puts forward four Suggestions:(1)always arouse students,group phase training;(2)equilibrium interactive group,division of responsibility packages;(3)detailed evaluation mechanism,strengthen the supervision and encouragement;(4)establishing field system,realize the home school.
