Study On The Cultivation Of Junior High School Students’ Friendly Values

After the 18 th CPC national congress,"friendliness" has become an important part of the cultivation and practice of socialist core values.At the end of 2013,the opinions on the cultivation and practice of socialist core values clearly proposed that the cultivation of socialist core values should run through the whole national education.In 2017,the 19 th CPC national congress put forward that core socialist values are the common value pursuit of all the people.It should be integrated into all aspects of social development and transformed into people’s emotional identity and behavioral habits.Junior high school students are in the critical period of the formation of values.At present,the practice of cultivating junior high school students’ friendly values is not optimistic.In addition,the current theoretical research on junior high school students’ friendly values is insufficient.Therefore,how to cultivate junior high school students into a person with friendly value orientation is a study of profound significance for practical application and academic exploration.This paper takes the students and teachers of Qujing No.1 high School of Qujing economic development zone,Yunnan province as the survey object,and selects a sample of 600 students and 15 teachers.Through interview and questionnaire data statistics analysis,understand the current situation and existing problems of junior high school students friendly values,it is found that the junior high school students to cognitive friendly values to a certain extent,but behavior consciousness is relatively weak,not consciously and actively conduct friendly values,and the school did not attach enough importance to friendly values to foster and friendly values education and teachers in the education teaching work more resistance and difficulties.Based on the survey results and the analysis of the individual,family,school and social factors affecting the cultivation of junior high school students’ friendly values,this paper proposes feasible countermeasures for the cultivation of junior high school students’ friendly values from various aspects.The second is to use the junior high school students friendly values cultivation methods;Third,we should strengthen thefriendly values of junior high school students to cultivate the team;Fourth,to enrich the content of cultivating junior high school students’ friendly values;Fifth,we should construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of cultivating junior high school students’ friendly values.Sixth,to create a good environment for the cultivation of friendly values of junior high school students.
