Intervention Of Group Work On Anxiety Relief Of Autistic Parents

In recent years,psychological counseling and social help for autistic parents have begun to appear,but for autistic families,there is great economic pressure,and few people can choose to pay for services.After going through the process of seeking medical treatment,disappointment,re-seeking medical treatment,and re-disappointment,families of children with autism face both economic and spiritual pressures,and parents are often in a state of anxiety.However,special experiences make it difficult for them to get understanding and support from ordinary people.The difficulty of curing children with autism makes the family desperate.Many couples disagree with their children's education in a desperate family life.Over time,the family relationship breaks down.Therefore,it is necessary for social workers with professional skills to help.Based on data collection and field research,this paper analyzes the main problems and needs of parents of autistic children in S school C.The survey found that parents with autism have a high degree of anxiety due to problems such as high recovery costs and high stress in care.On this basis,we discuss the necessity of group work intervention,and formulate group goals,group implementation plans,etc..With the support of cognitive theory and social interaction theory,we can achieve group goals through six group activities.Finally,The results of group service are collated and evaluated,and the advantages and disadvantages of group work involving parents 'anxiety and stress of autistic children are summarized and reflected.Anxiety of parents with autism is common,and anxiety that can not be relieved for a long time has a greater negative impact on children,families,and parents themselves.Intervention through group work to intervene in the anxiety of autistic parents can help create a good recovery environment for autistic children and ensure the healthy development of autistic parents and families.At the same time,the group activities not only enhance the learning and communication between this group,but also have a significant effect on alleviating the anxiety of parents of children with autism.
