With the improvement of the world athletics competition level,the technology and ability to accelerate the running in short-distance speed projects have received more and more attention.In track and field events,especially in short-distance speed projects,improvements in training methods and methods are an important way to improve athletic performance.High-level training is always able to better overcome the obstacles of the self in the case of a good control of the athlete's injury.This paper uses the literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,video analysis method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to study the influence of "pneumatic" training on short-distance speed capability.The "pneumatic" in this paper mainly refers to the adoption of fans.The wind drives the resistance or boost to the athletes,and the short-distance speed capability in this article mainly refers to the acceleration ability of the athletes to accelerate and run 30 meters.The purpose of this paper is to explore the effect of the application of "pneumatic" training in accelerated running training,advantages and disadvantages.The significance is to improve the scientific and effective training of running,and contribute to the training of the acceleration ability of the short-distance speed project movement mobilization.The specific conclusions are as follows:1."Pneumatic" training uses the physical performance of the athlete's body to stress and habit caused by load stimulation to achieve the desired training effect.The purpose is to enhance the athlete's step frequency ability by helping the burden reduction training,and to improve the athlete's stride ability through the increase of resistance.The advantage is that it is safer and more practical,adapting the athlete's body to the new load environment,thereby improving the athlete's step and pitch frequency ability and improving the step and step frequency technical ability.2.During the "Pneumatic" training,the athletes in the training of the ground-moving process are more brisk and natural,and the combination of the pendulum is smoother and faster.Therefore,downwind can help stimulate the athletes' muscles to work faster.After the standby body adapts to the faster running strength,the pace frequency will naturally improve.3.During the "Pneumatic" training,the athletes in the resistance training,the wind resistance caused the athlete to lower the center of gravity during the runningprocess,and actively swing the arm to fight against the upwind and increase the running speed.Therefore,the athlete's levitation angle is reduced(43°,44°,45°,45 °before the experiment;38°,39°,43°,43° after the test),the center of gravity undulation is reduced,and the displacement distance of the support phase and the vacant phase Increase,the swing arm and the leg swing are more active,and the acceleration action is more economical and efficient.Therefore,the upwind training can improve the athlete's stride ability and optimize the technical movement of the accelerated running.4.After "Pneumatic" training,combine the advantages of both resistance and assisted training.The average support time of athletes in the process of speeding up is reduced(about 0.003 s for men and 0.004 s for women),and the average vacant time is reduced(about 0.001 s for men and 0.002 s for women),which results in an accelerated pace.During the acceleration run,due to the reduction of the angle of swaying,the swaying ability is strengthened and the stride is increased.Therefore,after the "pneumatic" training,the athletes achieved the training effect of increasing the pace and increasing the stride.5.This "pneumatic" training male and female experimental group using the same wind,because men are more powerful than women,their relative load on women and men is less than women.In addition,because the woman's body mass is lower than that of men,the relative wind force on the lighter objects is greater.Combined with the actual data of this article,the results of this "pneumatic" training women's30-meter accelerated running are more than men's.
