Research purpose: To explore the relationship between the annual training cycle load of athletes of speed skating short distance events and sports fatigue(physical fatigue and psychological fatigue),and to further explore the relationship between physiological fatigue and psychological fatigue.Research method: The research used literature method,questionnaire survey method,test method,mathematical statistics method to complete this research.Participants were a team of speed skaters,and the short distance group(including 3 boys and 3 girls)athletes were national athletes and national first-class athletes.Active skaters with more than four years of training were considered as Test subject.Results: 1.The relationship between annual training cycle load and physiological fatigue.Annual training cycle Physiological fatigue Blood urea has a very significant correlation with the distance of ice skating(r = 0.355,P <0.01);Blood urea level has a significant positive correlation with strength training(r = 0.300,P <0.05);Annual training There is no significant correlation between the cycle physiological fatigue hemoglobin value and the amount of training(r =-0.002,P> 0.05;r =-0.008,P> 0.05;r =-0.44,P> 0.05);the different stages of the annual training cycle load There is a significant difference in the cumulative strength training between fatigue and non-fatigue period in the test of the difference between the amount and physiological fatigue blood urea level(t =-2.938,P <0.01).Fatigue period;there is no significant difference in the test of the difference between the load at different stages in the annual training cycle and the levels of physiological fatigue serum creatine kinase and hemoglobin.2.The relationship between annual training cycle load and mental fatigue.There is no significant difference in the test of the difference between the load and the degree of psychological fatigue in different stages of the annual training cycle;3.The relationship between psychological fatigue and physical fatigue in the annual training cycle.There was no significant correlation between the level of mental fatigue and the values ??of hemoglobin,blood urea,and serum creatine kinase in the annual training cycle(r =-0.127,P> 0.05;r =-0.085,P> 0,05;r = 0.143,P> 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The annual training cycle load is arranged in reasonable stages.Although thedegree of physical fatigue and psychological fatigue has a curve trend,it basically conforms to the characteristics of the project and the overall arrangement of the trainer on the amount and intensity of the load;2.Annual training cycle load The amount of roller skating on the ice and the cumulative amount of strength training are the main reasons for the changes in the physiological fatigue blood urea level of speed skaters;3.The adjustment of the strength training amount of fatigue athletes in the annual training cycle can alleviate the appearance of physiological fatigue;annual training The change in training volume during the cycle is not the main reason for the athlete's mental fatigue;4.The results of this study show that there is no direct connection between sports physical fatigue and psychological fatigue during the annual training cycle. |
