Physical training has become project indispensable part in all sportswith rapidly developing of science and technology, we must carry on thescientific system of physical training to improve the competitive level.Short track speed skating is the dominant project of fitness classes,athlete’s physical stamina training is particularly important. Shorttrack speed skating is an advantage for Chinese winter project, it playsan important role in the Olympics, with the competitive level rapidlyincreasing in recent years, it has made brilliant achievements, theseachievements are related to the perfect physical training mode andathletes training hard.However, we can see that the athletes’ run speed,bend over and rapidly run of the end is bad behind brilliant, they havebeen affecting the competitive level.So, exploring and studying advancedtheory and training patterns of physical stamina training for short trackspeed skating facing on the rapid development of modern.In practice,constantly improve the level of athlete’s physical ability, so as toimprove the overall competitive ability of the athletes, to adapt to themodern athletic competition that becomes the new topic.Strength trainingis as part of the physical training, static or dynamic practicetraditionally training is mostly under stable state, mainly aimed at thewaist and abdomen, ignoring the spine, pelvis, the core region of strengthtraining. Core strength training is advocated in the dynamic, unstableenvironment for training, to stabilize the spine and pelvis, increasingenergy output, improve control, balance, improving body coordination workefficiency, reducing energy consumption and preventing sportsinjury.Short track speed skating athletes have to complete the work indynamic, the strength of the core area directly affect on short track speedskating athletes’ balance ability, control ability, the movement rhythmand the muscle force at the end of the ice, etc. Core region plays therole of transmission pedal ice strength and muscle coordination controlfunction as connected to the upper limb and lower limb kinematic chain.At the same time, the movement chain to accomplish the consolidation effecton achieve absolute power, strength, endurance, explosive force, etc.Itshows that strength training on the core area for short track speed skatingathletes is very important for finishing high quality straight, bendtechnology action and keep a good body control ability. Core strengthtraining as a novel concept of physical training and the training methodsprovides a variety of new ideas for development for the short track speedskating project.Core strength training is suitable for short track speed skatingrelating to the traditional strength training, how to use core strengthtraining for the short track speed skating training and competition,itis to be excavated and argued.The core strength in the field of study isless at home and abroad at present, therefore, this paper tries to studythe core strength training for teenagers short track speed skatingathletes by experiment and expert interviews, questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods.The research object’s studyage, training years, training level and other relevant cases is similar,The experimental group carries out core strength training, they are16athletes are in Harbin Snow and Ice Sports School in Heilongjiang province,the control group carries out traditional routine training, after12weeksof physical training, with the result of the experiment data statisticsand analysis, found that the core strength training is better thantraditional routine training, through the core strength training of theexperimental group in terms of absolute power, strength, endurance andexplosive are improved. The experiment proves that the core strengthtraining can improve the level of athlete’s physical ability for youthshort track speed skating athletes physical ability training, hoping tobring some inspirations and suggestions for adolescents short-track speedskating coaches and athletes.
