In recent years,China attaches great importance to the quality of undergraduate education.Joining the "Washington Agreement" and formulating educational engineering certification standards is an important measure for China to achieve internationalization of higher education and to be in line with international standards.Engineering certification puts new demands on college engineering education and brings new challenges.In order to ensure the quality of undergraduate education,we cannot simply pay attention to the students' cultural class scores,but should put more energy into the students' practical teaching management.In order to improve the status quo of practical teaching and strengthen practical teaching management,the development of practical teaching management system is imperative.The development of the practical teaching management system is based on the B/S three-tier architecture,using the Java language development,the development framework using the SSH framework,the server using Tomcat,and the database using the Oracle database.The system as a whole complies with the J2 EE specification.This paper focuses on the data table design as an enterprise-level project from the perspective of system architecture,code redundancy,low reusability,concurrency and other issues.Focusing on the stability,flexibility,reusability and maintainability of the system,it provides a solution that meets the current development status of the school system and provides a successful reference for subsequent development.The operation of the system realizes the informationization of the practical teaching management work,satisfies the needs of the teaching teachers,students and other non-role users,improves the work efficiency of the teachers,standardizes the process management of the practical teaching,and reduces the difficulty of the practical teaching management work.Since engineering certification is a long-term job,the development of practical teaching systems is not a one-step process.As time progresses,the practical teaching system will inevitably produce a large amount of data,conduct data mining on the basis of it,analyze the students' comprehensive quality through clustering algorithm or find out the information hidden in it,and obtain feedback information through feedback mechanism.And based on the feedback information,the continuous improvement of the practice teaching work and the quality of education ensures that the practical teaching work can be carried out effectively.In this paper,the improved FCM clustering algorithm is used to cluster the student achievement data and the score data combined with the extracurricular training plan credits,and compare the clustering results.We found that the scores of the extracurricular training program credits were more obvious and more explanatory,which also proved the indispensable role of practical ability in the individual ability of students and the necessity of the development of practical teaching system.According to the performance interval division method,the data of the extracurricular training plan scores are discretized,and the improved Fp-growth algorithm is used to obtain the frequent itemsets,and the corresponding confidence is calculated to obtain effective association rules.We found that the results of the extracurricular training program output are related to many graduation requirements in the engineering certification standard,that is,the results of the extracurricular training program can largely reflect whether the students meet the graduation requirements.The development of the practical teaching management system can reflect the progress of the students' requirements in a certain sense,and effectively urge students to actively participate in practical teaching activities.
