With the rapid development of science and technology,the adjustment and remodeling of global industrial structure,the development of social economy urgently needs a large number of application-oriented talents with solid theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability.As the main force in China's higher education system,local universities undertake the important mission of providing high-quality applied talents for regional economic and social development.In line with the current development trend of international engineering education professional certification,the concept of talent training should be updated to emphasize the application of professional knowledge learned by students to social practice,pay attention to the comprehensive development of ability,knowledge and quality,improve the quality of application-oriented talent training,and meet the needs of social and economic development.This article engineering education professional certification " outcomes-based education,student center,continuous improvement",three basic concepts applied talents training system in the study,a graduate from training scheme design principle,the training objectives and requirements,curriculum and curriculum system optimization design project of cultivating applied talents;Second,reform the teaching of application-oriented talent training,establish the teaching concept of student development center,promote the "gender one-time" classroom teaching revolution,deepen the "trinity" practice teaching reform,build a joint practice base and platform for schools and enterprises,and build a double-qualified teacher team.The third is to establish and improve the continuous improvement mechanism of talent training quality from the aspects of evaluation and improvement of training objectives,evaluation and feedback of graduation requirements,quality standards and evaluation methods of main teaching links,graduate follow-up survey and evaluation of employers.
