In recent years,teacher emotion research has attracted more and more attention from researchers at home and abroad.Through interviews,observations,literature and physical analysis,this paper investigates and studies eight teachers of the Chinese Language Teaching and Research Section of a vocational high school in Guandu District,Kunming City,Yunnan Province,in order to explore the emotional expression rules and influencing factors of Chinese teachers in secondary vocational schools.And put forward targeted emotional adjustment strategies to help Chinese language teachers improve their work experience,in order to promote the coordinated development of secondary vocational students,teachers and schools.First of all,the article summarizes five rules of emotional expression displayed by Chinese teachers in secondary vocational schools when they get along with students,colleagues,superiors and parents.Rule 1: Oral Appreciation Award,the face of the face is less spurred;Rule 2:Harmony disguise is the normal state,even the confidant reveals the true heart;Rule 3: Respect for obedience as the keynote,touch the bottom line will appeal;Rule 4: Respect for frankness and tolerance,persuasion Guide the common breeding;rule five: over-loading needs adjustment,sports reflection or communication.Then,based on the theory of Ecosystem of Braunfeln Brenner,supplemented by the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,the factors affecting the mood of Chinese teachers in the middle school,the micro system,the intermediate system and the outer system are obtained.They are: personality type,gender,teaching age,emotional digestion,professional role evaluation,work experience,group relationship,relationship between colleagues,teacher training policy,social status of secondary vocational teachers,and social atmosphere.Finally,on the basis of the former two,suggestions for improving the mood of Chinese teachers in secondary vocational schools are put forward.That is: the teachers themselves must learn to accept the reality,correctly understand the characteristics of science and science,change the cognitive thinking of "should",interpersonal relationship processing can vary from person to person;at the school level,clear thenecessary workload of teachers,cancel the "sign-in " Attendance.Improve the teacher’s working environment and accommodation conditions,set up class hours to subsidize and guarantee the contractor’s guaranteed income.At the national level,the competent departments have a sound teacher training policy,and local governments have implemented fiscal expenditure adjustments to guide the public to change the perception of secondary vocational teachers in the past.
