| The aim of this study is to develop a school-based curriculum in nutrition and health,helping students understand nutrition and health knowledge,improving the awareness of nutrition and health,and learn to live healthy lives.Firstly,a theoretical overview of the school-based curriculum and the development of school-based curriculum for nutrition and health are carried out.Secondly,based on the analysis of the school resources,a questionnaire survey among 200 students in the high school is conducted to understand the needs of the students and the survey results are analyzed in detail.Based on the senior high school Biology Curriculum Standards(2017 edition)and the results of the students’ questionnaire,the objectives of the school-based curriculum for nutrition and health were determined,and the content of the school-based curriculum was selected and organized.Finally,the nutrition and health school-based curriculum was designed and developed according to the course objectives and course content.62 students from the high school were selected as the research object and the school-based curriculum was implemented.At last,this paper summarizes and reflects on the curriculum after the implementation of the curriculum.Research conclusions: After completing the school-based courses on nutrition and health,students can achieve the four aspects,correct concept of life,develop scientific thinking,improve scientific inquiry ability and enhance the core accomplishment of social responsibility.Through the study of this course,we can recognize the importance of nutrition and health knowledge for future development;In the process of implementing school-based curriculum of nutrition and health,open questions are set.Without standard answers,students can freely communicate and answer,divert their thinking and improve their ability to think and solve problems independently. |
