Nutrition and health education is a component of health education,and the middle school stage is also an important period for young people to develop scientific eating habits and living habits.Although many scholars have carried out relevant research on health education,most of the research objects are junior high school students and primary school students.There are few studies on high school students.In addition,the infiltration of nutrition and health education in China is mainly combined with the content of physical education,and it is less combined with biology.Based on the characteristics of biology discipline which is closely linked to the life.We can explore the combination of biology and nutritional health education in teaching to penetrate the relevant knowledge.This is not only in response to the call of new curriculum reform,which focus on the application of knowledge in the real life,but also conducive to the formation of a healthy lifestyle for young people and their families.Therefore,it is feasible to carry out infiltration of nutrition and health education in senior high school biology teaching.In order to further investigate the nutrition and health status,knowledge level and attitude of senior high school students,as well as to find out the infiltration of methods and strategies of nutrition and health education in biology teaching..Meanwhile students can recognize the practical significance of biology,enhance interest in learning biology and have the correct concept of health,we can also help them to develop a scientific lifestyle.So as to achieve the goal of nutrition and health education.In this study,questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the basic nutrition and health status of 434 high school students in the school.The results showed that the students’ nutrition and health status is poor,nutritional knowledge is deficient,dietary nutrition is unreasonable.But most students have a good desire to learn,they are willing to get nutrition and health knowledge.In addition,we know that teachers support this approach through interviews,they hope to enhance the students’ awareness of nutrition health and stimulate students’ interest in learning biology.The author summarizes the combination points of nutrition and health education with biology knowledge in three biological books,and then according to the specific situation of the practice school,puts forward four specific teaching strategies that hosting the competition of the nutrition,group discussion,making PPT and carrying out practical activities.After that,these strategies are applied to 4 classes for a period of 3 months.At last the results showed that the students’ nutrition knowledge is increased,the nutrition and health behavior is improved,the nutrition and health attitude is more positive,moreover the interest of learning biology of students is strengthened,the practical significance of biology is realized,and the scientific eating habits and healthy lifestyle is formed after infiltration education.In this study,we put forward specific strategies for the penetration of nutrition and health education in biology teaching,which provides a theoretical reference for biology teachers to practice in the future.
