| The new curriculum reform emphasizes more connection with real life.The 2017 edition of the Ordinary High School Biology Curriculum Standard pays more attention to the practicality of the teaching process,and emphasizes that students can form a healthy and civilized way of life and be willing to promote health to others through learning biology in high school,which is the social responsibility.At present,the nutritional and health status of adolescents in China is not optimistic,and biology as a discipline closely linked with real life can find many knowledge points combined with nutrition and health in life in high school biology courses.Therefore,this article intends to use the method of life-oriented teaching to dig deeper into the knowledge of nutrition and health in high school biology and gradually cultivate the students’ concept of nutrition and health in biology teaching.This article has five parts.The introduction mainly summarizes the background,methods,innovations and deficiencies of the study.The second part is an overview of the research,through the search for a large number of literature,books and Internet resources related to life-oriented teaching and nutrition and health concepts,understanding of biological curriculum standards and teaching materials,summarizing the connotation,research status and teaching principles of life-based teaching,and the connotation,the development status at home and abroad,teaching principles,teaching strategies of the concept of Nutrition and Health.The third part is to conduct a questionnaire survey and implement a student questionnaire to investigate the current nutritional and health status of the students.The results show that the current nutrition and health status of most students need to be improved,so that it is necessary for students to have a healthy diet and lifestyle.The implementation of teacher questionnaires to investigate the status of teachers permeating the concept of nutrition health in classroom teaching,the results show that due to insufficient teaching time,few living teaching resources and other limiting factors,there are still many difficulties need to be overcome using life-oriented teaching to penetrate into the concept of nutrition and health of the students.The relevant results of the questionnaire laid a certain foundation for selecting appropriate knowledge points and designing corresponding teaching cases.In the fourth part,on the basis of the previous research,we selected the knowledge points that can be combined with nutrition and health in the high school biology textbook "Molecular and Cell",and summed up the ways in which the concept of nutrition and health of senior high school students can be cultivated based on life-based teaching.Based on the core literacy of biological disciplines,it creates a life-oriented teaching situation,continuously inspires students’curiosity,and designs more complete classroom teaching cases.The fifth part summarizes the previous article,provides teaching suggestions for infiltrating the concept of nutrition and health in the teaching of biology teaching and other subjects,summarizes the shortcomings of this study,and looks ahead. |
