World Health Organization (WHO) considers health as physical, mental and social well-being state of complete peace in its constitution. It is not only a state without disease and physical health. This definition changed the previous concept of health, which refers to non-physiological abnormalities and the concept of freedom from disease. Nowadays, high school students in our country develop serious bad habits of anorexia, snacking. Because of various reasons, student's breakfast is omitted, lunch is had not in dinning room and supper is rich. This result leads to many students'diarrhea and dizziness resulting in failing to go to school. This not only affects their normal learning life, but also leaves some danger for the future health.Young people are the future and hope of the motherland. It has great significant for them to acquire some nutrition knowledge and develop better diet habit, which has great influence on their behavior in other stage of life. Changchun No. 29 High School is a common school. Compared with others, there are a few students who can enter the universities, while the most of students will work. Students mostly come form the laid-off families and rural areas. So they are lack in life practical experience, and their knowledge about nutrition and health is very limited. But most of them have right attitude and desire to nutrition and health. They are willing to acquire the knowledge about nutrition and health from various channels. They also have a strong desire to change previous diet habits in order to improve the living standards and keep healthy for themselves and their family members. Therefore, it has great social significance to propagate the concept of nutrition and health in high school in the hope of fostering students'nutrition and health.It is a common sense that biology is everywhere in life. The teaching principal, student development-oriented, should be adopted in biological teaching. In practical works, it is necessary to explore the connection of nutrition education and biology education, and put the education of nutrition and health in the peculiar education experiment in biology teaching at high school based on the characteristics of biology in the high school. In school teaching, it is significant to adopt the teaching resource of metrication and health in subjects, form the corresponding teaching object of nutrition and health and penetrate the teaching contents flexibly. The subject teaching object should be equally important with the object of education of nutrition and health. It is also needed to help students to be familiar with the knowledge of nutrition and health, form the right attitude toward scientific nutrition and health concept and find the way to avoid and cure disease by connection World Health Day through school radio, text information the competition of nutrition and health.Through this research, the writer concludes: it is possible and feasible to spread the knowledge of keeping healthy, change their attitude toward health and form health behavior. But it is limited to achieve the goal of forming a certain health behavior only though subject teaching in school. It is needed for society and family to carry out the comprehensive intervenes.
