The economics in China is constantly developing and changing.In the wake of it,the urbanization process keeps accelerating which brought in a large-scale movement of population.Many of the ethnic minority groups from GanSu province and XinJiang province have come to live in large cities where population is concentrated.The ethnic minorities who followed came to have various connections with the Han people.However,due to the comprehensive reasons of themselves,family and society,they have a lack of national identity cognition,a weak sense of national equality,and even serious contradictions in their daily interactions with their peers,which affects the reasonable understanding of adolescents themselves.The establishment of good interpersonal relationships.In this context,the author intends to adopt the concepts,methods and techniques of social work,to study ways to promote the acquisition of adolescent interpersonal skills and the establishment of good interpersonal relationships in the service process,and to combine theory with practice to provide services for young people.The effective social work service program aims to enrich the theoretical research and practical experience of adolescent inter-ethnic communication,and provide some reference for relevant research in the future.In this study,the author relies on a professional comprehensive internship in the L community in Wuhan,with a group of 10 students serving the target,using interviews,scales and other survey methods to investigate the status and needs of inter-ethnic interactions,and find parents The teacher has little understanding and intervention in ethnic cognition education and behavior guidance,and there are misunderstandings such as national stereotypes.Based on cognitive behavior theory and social learning theory,the author takes the national knowledge popularization,ethnic equality education,and inter-ethnic communication skills as the main content,and carries out seven group activities to help group members learn about ethnic knowledge,correct stereotypes,and establish equality awareness.Correctly handle the relationship between different ethnic companions.After the end of the service,after the evaluation of the service effect,the resultsshow that the education team has a certain positive effect on promoting the improvement of inter-ethnic communication among adolescents.At the same time,the study also draws the following conclusions: First,the group work has a promoting effect on the improvement of inter-ethnic communication ability;second,social work makes up for the lack of ethnic education for adolescents;third,the group has unity,multiple The method works better together.In addition,this study provides some scientific suggestions for improving the behavioral deviation of adolescent inter-ethnic communication: to promote teachers’ national education awareness and school national education practice;to make family education and community construction work together,it is necessary to accelerate education reform and system improvement.
