A Practical Study On Group Work Intervention In Learning Deviation Behavior Of Senior Students In X Primary School In Kunming

Abstract/Summary:
The upper grade of primary school is an important period for the rapid growth and development of students’ physiology and psychology.Some students ignore the school order in class,reject and resist teachers,which easily lead to the idea of being tired of learning,and further lead to learning behavior deviations such as truancy.Early intervention to solve the problem of students’ learning behavior deviation and return their learning status to the right track can help them avoid more serious behavior deviation in time,which has become the key problem to be solved in current basic education.This research takes Kunming X Primary School as an example to study the learning behavior deviation of students in X Primary School.The study first conducted a questionnaire survey on the learning situation of all senior students.The non parametric test data showed that there were significant differences in learning behavior between the learning biased students and other students,and the learning biased students showed more serious learning cognitive bias,lack of learning interest,and frequent learning weariness.In view of the causes of learning behavior deviation,this study combined the interview method and the questionnaire method to analyze that the causes of students’ learning behavior deviation mainly come from four aspects:individual,family,school and society.Secondly,the learning behavior scale was distributed to students with learning bias who participated in the questionnaire.Students with severe learning behavior bias were selected to participate in the "Growth Group for Improving Learning Behavior Bias".Guided by cognitive behavior theory and ecosystem theory,six intervention activities were carried out according to the general plan of group work activities using professional small group work methods and skills.After the activity,process evaluation and result evaluation will be carried out around the team work intervention process and intervention effect.The evaluation results showed that the scores of the emotion scale of learning behavior deviation of students participating in group activities were improved,and the results of paired sample T test further showed that the emotion of learning behavior deviation of students involved in group work was significantly improved.Finally,this study proposes that schools should strengthen interaction with parents and jointly create a good learning environment from the government,family and school levels,so as to improve the behavior of students with learning bias in an all-round way and reduce the frequency of learning bias.The innovation of this study is to explore the control strategies of students’ learning behavior deviation from the perspective of social work,especially the involvement of group work.
