| In recent years, various emerging media have sprung up.While entertaining the public, the new way of information dissemination has brought tremendous impact to the traditional media. With declining ratings and shrinking market share, the golden age of traditional media has gone forever, and the uncrowned king has gradually become the golden flower of tomorrow. In order to break this situation, almost all the traditional media began to transform and upgrade. The cost of reform is enormous, such as program revision, business expansion, system reform and new media integration. All these tasks have turned into pressure on traditional media people.Take the TV station as an example, many TV media employees appear nervous, anxious, insomnia, irritable, tired, decadent and other emotions and symptoms, especially in the middle-aged group. In my conversation with these people,I found that most of them knew that they had problems, but they did not have a clear concept of the causes of the problems, nor did they seek professional counseling and treatment. In view of this phenomenon, the author tries to alleviate the pressure of this part of the population by using the relevant theories and methods of social work.In the three months of practice, the author based on Freud’s personality theory, superiority perspective and social support system theory, using the method of group, provided stress relief services for TV media staff in the transition period, and formed a practice report.Practice results show that appropriate sports, good interpersonal relationships, professional skills training and other methods have a good effect on alleviating the pressure of TV media staff in the transitional period. |
