Small-and medium-sized private enterprises have become indispensable forces to promote China's economic development.However,small and medium-sized private enterprises are facing difficulties in financing,scientific and technological innovation,and brain drain in the process of transformation,which have brought great challenges to the enterprises with more pressure on employees.Great pressure not only damages the physical and mental health of employees,but also directly reduces the efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,to relieve the pressure of employees has become an important part of enterprise management.Based on the author's one-year internship experience in the enterprise social workstation of Tianjin M Science and Technology Park,this study selected some employees of small-and medium-sized enterprises as the research targets.Through semi-structured interviews and participatory observation,the present situation of employees' stress was investigated.It found that employees were confused in interpersonal relationship,job-entry adaptation and work-family balance,which resulted in a series of stress problems.However,enterprises are in lack of alleviating channels for employees' stress.Therefore,under the guidance of social work theories and methods,this study attempts to explore the stress relief of employees with social work professional methods and skills.On this basis,the paper puts forward strategies of social work intervention to relieve the pressure of employees in the park enterprises.This paper is divided into four parts altogether: the first part mainly elaborates the background,significance and literature view.The second part introduces the current situation and causes of employees' stress in M Science and Technology Park.The third part elaborates the service design based on the needs of employees,the interventions with case work,group work and community work,and the evaluation of service.The fourth part summarizes the dilemma of social work in the relief of employees' stress in small-and medium-sized private enterprises,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
