Intervention Study Of Social Work On Promoting The Ability Of The Tema Leaders Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

According to small and medium enterprises,head of the hr department and related personnel of the R company interviews,found that the team leader in post business ability,mood dredge ability,interpersonal skills,crisis event handling ability,knowledge,learning ability and innovation ability of the six aspects ability have a need to improve,combined with the existing social work service content,the enterprise team leader as the research object,to the enterprise team leader’s mood dredge,interpersonal communication,and the present situation of crisis event handling ability three aspects to do a detailed analysis,and the team leader demonstrates the corresponding ability to ascend,and then through the enterprise requirements,and the advantage of the social work intervention in two aspects analyzes the feasibility of the social work intervention team leader ability to ascend.In practice,the author take "people-team leader mood dredge ability increases team in the situation","light-team leader communication skill increases group","fire outbreak-team leader crisis event handling ability promotion" three cases,this paper expounds the social work intervention team leader ability to improve practical experience and professional reflection.But the social work intervention team leader depends not only on social work of professional technology,improve the capacity and there are many factors,such as: government capital investment,enterprise’s perception of social work,etc.,in this paper,we have made in this paper and proposed the corresponding solution strategy,in order to provide the focusing on reference to the development of social work.
