| At present,the international drug tide continues to spread,drug abuse has become a worldwide disaster phenomenon,and drug rehabilitation has become a common problem facing the world.According to the latest World Drug Report released by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime,the drug market in today’s society is diversified,the types of drugs are greatly increased,new drugs are entering traditional supply channels,and more people are producing them than ever before.The more people use them.In recent years,the drug situation in China has become increasingly severe,and the number of drug users is still increasing.Although the growth of drug abusers is slowing down,the base is huge,the relapse rate is high,the governance is difficult,the social harm is serious,and the abuse of synthetic drug personnel is younger.The trend of regional expansion and variety diversification is more obvious,making the task of detoxification quite arduous.The research on social work intervention in community rehabilitation has gradually increased in recent years,but the results of family-based research are few and far between,and most of them only stay at the level of research on the theory itself and the comparison and comparison of laws and regulations.From the perspective of this study,there are few qualitative studies on community rehabilitation.In view of this,this article takes the family as the research perspective,and takes the representative of the “Happy Family Project” in Guangzhou Yuexiu District,which is currently in full swing,as the research object,and the person in charge of the 8 street social work stations and the first-line social workers and social defense.The social welfare staff conducted interviews to obtain first-hand information,and used the qualitative research methods such as participatory observation method,interview method and case study method to comprehensively analyze the current situation and practical experience of the operation of “Happy Family Project” in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou.Social work involves the effectiveness and problems of community drug rehabilitation.The results of the analysis show that under the family-oriented perspective,social work has a significant effect on the prevention,treatment,rehabilitation and regressionof community drug rehabilitation.At the same time,it also faces many practical dilemmas:abnormal homelessness and family emotional function."Tagification" has led to difficulties in repairing family relationships and high risk of "cross-infection",which has hindered the development of community drug rehabilitation social work services and the family and social return of social security workers.Based on the traditional thinking of China’s emphasis on the family since ancient times,and the important influence of the family on the changes of social welfare and social welfare personnel,the family plays an increasingly important role in community rehabilitation.The development of the “Happy Family Project” in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou has gradually matured and matured,and has a good practical reference value for the research purpose of this paper.The author believes that the service quality and service effectiveness of community drug rehabilitation social work should be improved by establishing a multi-faceted social support system,re-acquisition of social rules,and strengthening publicity to eliminate prejudice and avoid risk multi-services. |
