The drug is a global problem,Drugs have brought great harm to individuals,families,and society.Our government has taken many measures against the drug problem.Since the promulgation of the anti-drug law,anti-drug measures in China have started The community shifts to drug prevention as the mainstay.Community service providers,as marginalized social groups,are mostly faced with drug relapse.Tagged identities are difficult for the public to accept,employment is difficult,life is difficult,and social support networks are lacking.The motivation for change is not strong,and there are certain difficulties in returning to society.Anti-drug agency works as a professional community drug addiction service provider,masters scientific methods and techniques,can help community drug treatment personnel to build a social support network to the maximum extent,solve the problems of community drug addicts,and promote the smooth return of community drug rehabilitation personnel to society,but due to many Due to various factors,social workers still have some problems in the process of intervention in community drug treatment services,which is not conducive to improving the effectiveness of community drug treatment services.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the practice of social workers involved in community drug treatment services.This article takes the methadone community detoxification project of agency B in Guangzhou City as an example.Based on the social support theory,it collects data through literature research methods,observation methods,and case interview methods,and summarizes the project overview of community drug rehabilitation services in B institutions.The content,methods,and effectiveness of social workers involved in community drug rehabilitation services analyzed the predicament of social workers involved in community drug treatment services.The study found that social workers involved in community drug rehabilitation services had inadequate policies to ensure community drug addicts.Institutions lacked support for the project.The community environment restricted the development of community drug addiction.Social workers andrelated departments participated in community drug treatment and failed to form effective cooperation.With regard to mechanisms and other issues,the author proposes corresponding strategies for these issues to improve the effectiveness of social workers' intervention in community drug treatment services.Although social workers are involved in community drug treatment services,there are some problems.However,on the whole,social workers' intervention in community drug treatment services is feasible and a new attempt.It can more effectively solve problems for community drug users,link resources,and build social support.The network provides integrated services to promote the return of community drug addicts to society.It can also continue to promote community drug rehabilitation services throughout the country to reduce the harm of drugs on individuals,families and society and promote social harmony.
