A Case Study On The Family Relations Of Married Female Community Drug Addicts Community

With the country’s attack on drugs and the control and control of drug users,the number of drug abuse in our country showed a decreasing trend year by year,but drug situation in our country is still complex,and drug rehabilitation task is quite onerous,and community has become a main field of drug rehabilitation.According to relevant statistics,among drug users,the number of female drug users increases year by year,and the relapse rate reaches about 95%.Individuals,families and society will suffer greatly if they become addicted to drugs.In recent years,the research of social work intervention in community detoxification has increased gradually and achieved certain results.However,there are not many family-based studies and married women who choose community detoxification as their research objects.Many of them only focus on the research of the theory itself and the sorting out of laws and regulations,and there are few studies involving specific practices.Society is made up of countless families whose members depend on each other by blood and kinship.Family is also an important support force for recovering drug addicts.Therefore,family relationship plays a vital role in the process of community detoxification.Based on a drug rehabilitation center in a street community in Shenzhen City,this study took Gu,a drug addict in the community,as the research object,collected and analyzed the basic and background information of the client by means of questionnaire survey,semi-structured interview,participatory observation and other research methods,and learned that the client was troubled by bad family relations.It presents the problems of cold violence in the relationship between husband and wife,avoidance and indifference in parent-child relationship,and low sense of self-identity.On the basis of Satya’s family therapy theory and social support theory,this study uses the case work method to put the client in the family system to analyze the bad family relationship.The author used some social work skills and methods to carry out professional counseling,mainly from inviting family members to participate in counseling,clarifying problems,exploring inner iceberg,exploring bad communication patterns,consolidating family relations and follow-up visits to carry out practical intervention.At the same time,the author also summarizes and reflects on the case service from different aspects.The case summary mainly includes multiple channels to actively explore the case,strengthen the motivation of the case transformation,establish professional relationship in real time,deal with negative emotions correctly,master practical skills skillfully and so on.The case reflection mainly includes theoretical reflection and practical reflection.The theoretical reflection mainly shows the reflection of the application of Satya family therapy theory and social support theory in practice.Practice reflection is mainly manifested in the ambiguous role of social workers,inflexible interview skills,insufficient resource links,lack of rigor in case assessment and prediction,and lack of cognition on drugs and community detoxication.Finally,reflecting on the case,the author puts forward some suggestions from the following aspects: precise positioning of the role of social worker,mastering effective interview strategies,integrating multi-link resources,perfecting the evaluation mechanism of case work,comprehensively understanding the process of drug and community drug rehabilitation,adding family workshops,etc.,so as to enhance the self-regulation ability of the clients,further promote the improvement of their family relationship,and return to society as soon as possible.It also provides reference for future practical work and research.
