Micro-factual Research On People's Livelihood From The Perspective Of Empowerment

In recent years,with the rapid economic upgrading and social diversification development,China has accelerated the social transformation and upgrading,and promoted the transformation of community functions.This also makes community residents have more diversified needs for the community,and forwardness higher requirements for the diversification of community services and the quality of community services.In order to meet the increasing service needs of community residents and break the old community operation mode which is not suitable for the new community,it is imperative to innovate the existing community service mode.Shenzhen took the lead in implementing the micro-projects of people's livelihood in the whole city community,which changed the original model of community service,guided by the needs of the residents,and implemented the micro-projects of people's livelihood in the way of ordering food by the masses and providing services by the government.The community people's livelihood in Shenzhen has innovated the original community operation and service mode,which provides a good way of thinking and development for the transformation and upgrading of the current community service mode.Based on the author's practice experience and content in Shenzhen community,this study studies the practice of micro-factual empowerment of people's livelihood in L community from the perspective of empowerment.This paper tries to empower the micro-facts of people's livelihood in Shenzhen community from the perspective of empowerment,and analyze the characteristics,operation mechanism and types of empowerment of micro-facts ofpeople's livelihood.This paper also studies the micro-factual items of people's livelihood carried out by L community in Shenzhen,explores the degree of realization of its empowerment and the problems existing in the process of micro-factual empowerment of people's likelihoods L community,explores the reasons behind the problems,and puts forward suggestions for improving this policy from three aspects.Empowerment perspective has been widely used in social work.From the perspective of empowerment,this paper studies urban community projects for the benefit of the people,analyses the application and Realization of empowerment in the process of formulation and implementation of community projects for the benefit of the people,expands new ideas of community governance,provides innovative and referential ways to achieve community governance in China at present and in the future,and also contributes to the localization of social work.
