Manufacturing is the main body of the national economy.It is the foundation for building a country,developing the country and strengthening the nation.The technical education in China will shoulder the responsibility of providing a large number of grassroots technical personnel.On how to ensure the quality and the continuous delivery of high skilled personnel,the key to the construction of teachers in technical education is how to manage the teachers of technical education,plan their career and develop their abilities in all aspects.The importance of education is the most important.Performance management is at the core of human resource management.The scientific and effective performance management can not only promote the improvement of college and teachers' personal performance,but also promote the optimization of management process and teaching work,and ultimately guarantee the realization of "2025" in China.By using the knowledge of performance assessment management in human resource management,this paper surveys the performance assessment management of 9 schools' fulltime teachers(including managers)and four technical institutions in Guangdong,summarizes the problems existing in the performance appraisal management of teachers in technical colleges and universities,analyzes the reasons and tries to build up a wide range of reasons.The new model of teacher performance management in the Eastern Technical Colleges and universities to solve the current problems,hope to promote the promotion of teachers' personal performance and the development of technical colleges and universities,and provide new ideas and new models for the study of teachers' performance assessment and management in technical colleges and universities.The following conclusions are obtained: first,the problems in the performance management of teachers in Guangdong technical colleges and Universities: the incentive effect of the results of teacher performance assessment is not obvious enough;the KPI setting in the institution performance assessment system is not scientific,unreasonable and incomplete;the subjective factors in the assessment process are too large and lack fairness;the performance of teachers is not fair.The nuclear results are lack of analysis,feedback and effective application.Second,there are some reasons for the problems in the performance management of teachers in Guangdong technical colleges and Universities: insufficient incentive,inadequate performance evaluation index,loopholes in performance assessment process and lack of perfect communication and feedback mechanism.
