Research On Educational Function And Realization Path Of College Mass Organizations In The New Era

College associations play a great role in the educational function of colleges and universities.The achievements are obvious to all,but the weak links are unavoidable.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the education of college associations is facing both opportunities and challenges.Based on the principles of Ideological and political education and the theory of associations,this paper combines empirical research with theoretical analysis.On the basis of understanding the current situation of the educational function of College associations,it analyses the existing problems and constraints of the educational function of College associations,and further explores the ways to realize the educational function of College Associations in the new era.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.On the premise of explaining the background,significance and current research situation at home and abroad,this paper explains the research ideas and methods,innovations and difficulties of this paper.The theme of the second chapter is thecharacteristics,types and educational functions of College Associations in the new era.The characteristics of College Associations in the new era are summarized as younger members,diversified activities,independent working methods and leading role of the times.According to the purpose of educating college associations,college associations are divided into three types,namely,cultivating political literacy,cultural literacy and moral literacy,and then from value orientation,self-education,ability exchange platform,and so on.The four dimensions of socialization expound the educational function of College Associations in the new era.Chapter three mainly analyses the current situation of University associations’ function of educating people.Based on the questionnaire data,this paper expounds the three main manifestations of the educational function of college associations at present,namely,the main carrier of the "three completeness" educational function,the insufficiency of the main channel of education,and the linkage function to the outside of the associations;and points out the four main deficiencies of the educational function of college associations at present,namely,the lack of human resources and materials,the imperfect organizational structure of the associations.This paper expounds the opportunities and challenges for University Associations in the new era to exert their educational functions.Chapter IV makes a thorough and detailed analysis of the reasons for the insufficient function of College Associations in educating people in the new era from the four aspects of the concept guidance,safeguard mechanism,internal force and internal and external coordination.The fifthchapter mainly discusses the ways to realize the educational function of College Associations in the new era from four aspects: strengthening the concept of "three-all" education,perfecting various safeguard mechanisms,enhancing the core competitiveness of associations,and emphasizing the collaborative education inside and outside associations.This paper seizes the hot social issue of "educating people in Colleges and universities",implements the new requirements of our Party for educating people in Colleges and universities in the new era,and strives to carry out multi-dimensional analysis and Research on the function of educating people in Colleges and universities in the new era from the perspective of combining theory with practice,which has distinct contemporary value.This paper not only summarizes the new characteristics and types of College Associations in the new era,looks for problems from the present situation and finds countermeasures from the problems,but also puts forward the concept of "community ideological and political education",combines the theory of association with the principle of Ideological and political education,analyses the problems existing in College associations’ activities from the perspective of Ideological and political education,and combines online education with community education so as to be targeted.The feasible solutions are put forward.
