A Study On The Educational Function And The Way Of Realization Of College Students' Associations

College student association is an important part of the construction of campus culture,the students spontaneously organized mass organizations,plays an important role in strengthening the construction of campus culture,improve the comprehensive quality of the students,guide the college students to adapt to society,promoting college students' employment etc..Therefore,to explore the value of function in the new period and new stage of college student associations on campus culture construction,promote the influence of college student associations on College Students' self development,is an important issue facing college students associations.In this paper,a new perspective,in-depth study of the college student associations of educational function.This article from the basic concept of the college student association,from the perspective of educational theory,management theory,system theory by using the method of questionnaire survey and other research methods,on the educational function of College Student Association and its realization path of research,analysis of college students education function and influence factors of the display of the educational function of University Students Association,given their thinking,put forward a path to achieve educational function of university students association.Is the original intention of this paper,based on the theory of Marx's human's all-round development,discusses the educational function of college students associations,proposes ways to achieve community education function of college students,has important practical significance to improve the ideological and political education to further strengthen and,to promote the development of College Students Associations,rich the cultural life of the campus to provide some useful reference,but also for the innovation of college moral education system to provide some favorable evidence.The author believes that the college student association is the link link of school and society,is to help students adapt to college life,enhance their practical ability,enrich the important part of campus culture,both universities or individual students should pay more attention to the importance of,therefore,colleges and universities should give full play to the educational function of the college community,fully aware of student association plays an important role in the cultivation of quality education in Colleges and universities.
