School education is the most important work of education and the cause that the country must protect. At present,China has put forward new requirements to improve the conditions and quality of school education, but in some areas, the contradiction between urban and rural dual structure is still prominent, and the relevant systems and mechanisms are not sound enough.School Education,Social Education and child discipline have not yet joined forces, and the quality of education needs to be improved. In some rural areas, such objective factors as unstable family economic source, incomplete original family of school children and limited education level of guardians make it difficult for guardians in families to pay attention to children's physical and mental development. In addition, there have been some phenomena in school education that violate the laws of education and talent growth: for example, the lack of child discipline, the emphasis of school teaching on academic achievement over quality, and the emphasis on physical fitness over psychology, etc. Therefore, the comprehensive and balanced development of students in school has not been given due attention. The H Primary School in Baotou studied in this paper is far away from the city. The families of the children in the primary school mainly depend on the migrant workers and the planting industry as the economic source. The child discipline are difficult to coordinate with the education of the school. The mobility of the teachers in the primary school is high, and the student source fluctuates greatly. These problems affect the existing growth and development of school children in different degree. In order to improve the ability of children in primary school to solve the problems mentioned above and to transform the negative effects in the environment into positive and positive effects, social workers believe that schools, the main place where children learn and expand their social contacts, will certainly play a vital role in solving these problems. Therefore, after receiving h primary school teachers active help, the field research and analysis of h primary school found that h primary school children's resilience has a great need and room for improvement.Resilience,as a physical term, refers to the ability of an object to return to its original shape if the external force disappears after it has been deformed. In 30 or 40 years ago,Western scholars applied it to the study of mental health therapy and self-recovery ability of special population, which has been extended and used for reference in psychology, sociology and pedagogy. For social work, resilience is the theoretical core of the dominant perspective practice model, which refers to an individual's ability to resist risk factors in the environment.Everyone has resilience It is just that the level of resilience varies from person to person depending on the individual's intrinsic protective factors such as personal traits, psychological tendencies and emotional factors, and the external protective environment such as social support networks and positive connections At the same time, resistance can also be strengthened through learning. This paper is divided into three chapters,on the basis of reviewing the existing literature, choose the theory of resilience in social work practice to study the current situation of resilience of h primary school children. The first chapter analyzes the current level of resilience of h primary school in the context of the geographical and social environment of Baotou, and then arranges and analyzes the data through questionnaires, interviews with school teachers and parents The results showed that the children in h primary school need to improve their interpersonal communication, learning methods and self-control.The second chapter uses the method of group work in social work to formulate the intervention strategy and implement for the second grade students of h primary school. In the third chapter,by comparing the data of needs assessment and post-service assessment,it is concluded that social work can improve the resilience of h primary school children to some extent At the same time, reflect on the social work intervention in rural school children to enhance the resilience of the shortcomings and practical significance.
