With the development of information technology,the informationization of education has developed rapidly.Flip Classroom Teaching mode is well known by more and more people,the more teachers begin to use flip classroom teaching,the use of modern means to promote students 'independent learning,cultivate students ' ability of innovation and creativity to adapt to the growing society.This paper is based on the quality research of teachers on the application of flipping classroom teaching mode.Through literature analysis and collating interview data,the status quo of flipping classroom in teacher use is obtained,and the some idea of flipping classroom teachers is truly understood.Give some guidance to the frontline teachers,let the educators truly understand the flipping classroom,cause teachers to think about their own teaching,and solve the teachers' confusion in teaching practice.This study uses qualitative research to first identify research questions and review the relevant literature to understand the status quo.Second,determine the interviewee,based on the selected criteria,principles,and number of people.Consider the research relationship,the influence of the researcher's personal factors and research relationships on the research.Then select the in-depth interview in the qualitative study,enter the scene: contact the research object,identify and contact the “ goalkeeper ” and enter the scene;conduct interviews: questions,listen and respond during the interview;data analysis:establish coding and After the coding system is completed,the data is classified and analyzed in depth by the combination of generic law and situational law,and the written method is finally determined.Finally,the results of the research are tested,taking into account the reliability and validity,inference problems and ethical issues.Fully present the mentality of teachers using the flip classroom teaching mode,and analyze the three aspects of the event,design and sensibility of teachers using the flip classroom teaching mode.In the event of teachers ' use of flip classroom teaching mode,analyze the experience of four teachers using the flip classroom.the Independent Learning task list from before class,respectively,The accompanying learning resources and the innovation of classroom teaching show that teachers use the strategy of flipping the classroom,which is analyzed from two angles of teachers and students in the sensitivity of teachers ' use of flip classroom teaching mode.This paper obtains the factors and strategies that affect teachers ' use of flip classroom teaching mode,analyzes the reasons from objective factors and subjective factors,the state's continuous teaching reform in the country,the administrative promotion within the school and the enthusiasm of students and parents,and the subjective factors,the characteristics of teachers themselves,Demand and the inherent emotional tendency of teachers to use flip classroom teaching mode.This paper analyzes teachers ' independent learning task list,supporting learning resources and the innovative strategies of classroom teaching from the angle of teaching design,and draws the theoretical research of teachers ' use of flip classroom teaching mode in teaching objectives,teaching resources,teaching strategies and teaching evaluation,By understanding how teachers can flip the classroom teaching to reflect the teacher's understanding of the flip classroom and cognitive process,reflects the teacher's ability to reflect and teaching wisdom,but also for frontline teachers to provide reference.
