In the integration of information technology and education and teaching,the reform of teaching mode and innovation is one of the key to improve the quality of education and teaching.The traditional teaching model is the teacher speaking,student learning,classroom is a relatively single dissemination of knowledge of the place,and knowledge digestion,understanding requires students to complete their own,limiting the development of students' innovation ability is not conducive to the development of independent learning ability and innovative talents Of the training.Compared with the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode,the teaching mode of the flip-flop in vocational colleges has a positive effect on the students' autonomous learning ability.The teaching mode encourages students to study in their own classroom and improve their ability of autonomous learning,teamwork and Learning enthusiasm.This study is applied in the teaching of higher vocational colleges,and explores the effective teaching mode of flip teaching mode in the application and innovation talents training.On the basis of a variety of flip classroom teaching mode,to build a micro-video support "three three flip classroom teaching mode." This model will be in the pre-class,class,after the three links on the basis of further refinement of the course to "plan,implementation,summary evaluation" three stages,clear the stage of teacher-student relationship and objectives and tasks.This paper selects the model in the second year of practical vocational college,and uses the learning record table,the behavior observation table and the questionnaire to collect the data.The test data of the model is tested by the matching test T test,and the teaching effect of the model is Evaluation.The study shows that the three-three-step teaching mode can effectively improve the self-learning ability of students in vocational colleges,especially in the three aspects of learning behavior,learning motivation and time management,which is in line with the quality requirements of personnel training,Its operability provides a realistic basis for the reform of curriculum teaching mode in vocational colleges.
