Flipped the classroom also called inverted classroom, through the internalizationof knowledge transfer and knowledge were reversed, making the traditional teachingof the teacher’s role has changed, teaching information more clear, re-build thelearning process of learners, students review, testing faster and more convenient. Onflipped classroom, under the guidance of educational theory and learning theory, theuse of information technology for learners to build a personalized learningenvironment, the use in the formation of a new learning culture.Changes in development theory and the theory of the development ofinformation technology science and teaching methods to promote teaching andlearning methods, the author found that when the author teaching in LanzhouFangtong Computer School all of trainees are college students, their the basis ofknowledge relatively large difference and they are difficult to solve the time problem.When the training school arrangements with the university curriculum conflict ortemporary emergency, the students often miss the important lessons, which greatlyaffected the chances of the students passed the exam. Since March2012, GansuProvince introduced NCRE paperless examination since the exams structure haschanged, if the students practice not well, they will certainly not pass the exam. Basedon this, the author has carried out this study, The main content of this study have thefollowing three aspects:(1) The author through the analysis of the origins classroom teaching as well asexperts and analysis the flipped classroom teaching mode experts and scholars athome and abroad to build, understand the current situation Flipped classroom study.(2) On the basis of case studies and teaching practice at home and abroad on theLanzhou Fangtong Schools Computer training the the level two of VB, Onconstructivist learning theory, behavioral learning theory and Vygotsky’s "zone ofproximal development theory" under the guidance of combining the basic ideas andFlipped classroom "guidance case" build a computer training class II VB Flippedclassroom teaching mode.(3) Use the Flipped classroom teaching mode and teaching applications, andverify its effectiveness and feasibility. Finally, the author analyzes the advantages flipped classroom, flipped classroom teachers limitations and suggestions.
