| With the continuous development of education informationization,strengthening teachers’ professional quality has become a new task and challenge to improve the level of education in our country.Teachers are not only the lecturers in the classroom,but also the important researchers of education reform in our country.At present,although network technology has been used widely in various fields,teachers’ teaching research methods are still based on face-to-face traditional way,less carry out in the network environment,don’t make full use of the advantages of the network environment,resulting in teachers can not access to rich educational resources timely,can not communicate with excellent teachers and experts in an open environment.At the same time,some districts and schools gradually realized the advantages of network environment and collaborative teaching research.So they turn to network collaborative teaching research.However,due to the lack of relevant theoretical guidance and practical experience,there are many problems in teaching research system,teaching research strategy,teaching research environment,teacher training program and so on.These design flaws are insufficient to support effective and in-depth network collaborative teaching research.Therefore,building a collaborative teaching research model based on network environment,analyzing it’s process mechanism,and putting forward corresponding guidance strategies are the key to promote teachers’ network collaborative teaching research to the depth and efficient.Firstly,through literature research and questionnaire survey,this paper understood and summarized the current situation of teachers’ network collaborative teaching research,and the problems existing in it,then analysed the process and elements of network collaborative teaching research,to provide a real and reliable basis for the follow-up research.Secondly,combined theory with practice,considered both the optimization of collaborative teaching research activities in the E-learning space,and the feasibility and convenience of the network collaborative teaching research,this paper designed a collaborative teaching research model based on E-learning space,which can meet the current needs of teachers,and focusing on the construction of personal knowledge and collaborative knowledge.Thirdly,used the model to guide the development of network collaborative teaching research activities,and then used questionnaire survey and interview method to understand the effect of the activities,teachers’ needs,etc.,to provide a basis for the strategy of collaborative teaching research.Finally,combined with practical problems,the guidance strategy of collaborative teaching research based on E-learning space is put forward. |
