The rapid development of information technology, which takes computer technology and multimedia technology as the core, and the continuous growth of learning theory, especially the constructivist learning theory, both provide powerful technical support and theoretical guidance for the informatization of education. As a highly concerned learning model with great efficiency, collaborative learning plays a significant role on the reform road of education and teaching. Collaborative learning, suppored by i nformation technology, has been widely accepted by teachers and students on unique advantages of learners'cooperation ability, innovative spirit, information literacy cultivation and other aspects. However, this learning model face s challenges and problems in the specific practical process, such as, grouping randomly, although there is a group concept in the organization form, concentrating teachers in learning process, learners lacking interest, missing evaluations and so on. Therefore, it is known that collaborative learning has form trend with an imperfect effect.As a representative of web2.0, blog has aroused grand attention in the network world, together with an impressive welcome on its application in the field of education in recent years. Meanwhile, aiming at sharing and exchanging, blog has the features of individual freedom of expression, knowledge filtering, accumulation and sharing, deep level communication and so on, which make the choice of it as a tool of collaborative learning naturally.This thesis conducts an empirical research on the blog courseof educational technology in Maoming Academy, Guangdong; and then gets the understanding of knowledge construction situation of those related collaborative learners by content analysis. Furthermore, on the basis of the former result, the factors of affecting their knowledge construction level have been analyzed by social network analysis and a questionnaire survey, including interactive ways, learning environment, network characteristics of learners and teachers, group consciousness of teams, etc. Through the relevant analysis to identify the factors which significantly related to the knowledge construction level of those learners, we try to build a collaborative learning model using blog to promote the knowledge construct of learners based on these factors. Finally, Grade 08 students of majoring constructional technology in Tangshan Normal University experience the collaborative learning based on this model for a period of time, with the same study content with the term analysis factors affecting their knowledge construction, which testifies the effectiveness of the model with the content analysis and questionnaire investigation method.
