Study On Developing Occupational Competency Standards Of Secondary Vocational School Students Under The Background Of "Integration Of Course And Certificate"

Abstract/Summary:
The “Integration of Course and Certificate” is proposed to adapt to the transformation of the country’s economic development mode and industrial structure,and also to help vocational education meet social needs.However,there is no unified and operational basis for secondary vocational schools to reform curriculum,teaching,teaching materials and evaluation methods under the background of “Integration of Course and Certificate”,which reduces the educational benefits brought about by the reform of “Integration of Course and Certificate”.The development of occupational competency standards for secondary vocational school students under the background of “Integration of Course and Certificate” provides scientific reference for vocational ability training of secondary vocational school students.It also provides basis for educational reform of “Integration of Course and Certificate” in secondary vocational schools,and promotes the development of vocational students’ ability to meet the needs of enterprises and the requirements of occupational qualification certificates.This research firstly uses the literature research method to analyze the research status of the “Integration of Course and Certificate”,the competence standard and the DACUM method at home and abroad,and puts forward the implementation plan of the DACUM method under the background of “Integration of Course and Certificate”.Based on the Chinese cuisine major,the DACUM workshop and the questionnaire survey of Chinese cuisine enterprise are carried out according to the plan,and the chart of occupational competency of Chinese cuisine major in secondary vocational schools is obtained.Then interviewed the professional skills assessment experts,deeply interpreted the four-level occupational qualification standards for Chinese cuisine.Finally,the four-level vocational qualification standards for Chinese cuisine are decomposed and reconstructed according to the logic of occupational competency chart,combined with the content of interview and DACUM workshop,the occupational competency standards of secondary vocational school students in the context of “Integration of Course and Certificate”are obtained.This research has achieved three major results.Firstly,the implementation plan of the DACUM method under the background of “Integration of Course and Certificate” was put forward.The plan consists of three links: the DACUM workshop,compile the chart of occupational competency and verify the chart of occupational competency.It has reference value for developing the chart of occupational competency of secondary vocational school students.Secondly,the chart of occupational competency of Chinese cuisine major in secondary vocational schools with thirteen duties and tixty-four tasks was made.The questionnaire survey shows that the proportion of each tasks is no less than 60%,and the importance score of each tasks is no less than 4.4 points,more than filter values of 30% and 3 points,indicating that the chart of occupational competency meet the competence requirements of the job.Thirdly,the occupational competency standards of secondary vocational school students with fifteen competency dimensions in the context of “Integration of Course and Certificate” were formulated,which provides a reference for education and teaching reform of “Integration of Course and Certificate” in Chinese cuisine major in secondary vocational schools.
