The research is based on 650 students who come from secondary vocational schools in Jilin Province as major objects. And it’s based on the revised revision the Youth HKRA by Lihailei and the revised revision Coping Style Scale for Adolescents edited by Xiaojihua which investigates the development status of students’ resilience of secondary vocational school and how will they do when they face the pressure. The research is through the statistical analysis between the resilience and coping strategies and their status and relations. We got the conclusions: First, the total score of resilience distribution of secondary vocational school students is approximately normal distribution; there is no significant difference in resilience score of secondary vocational school students in gender, there is no difference in whether only a child, family location and grade; there are significant differences in teachers care, high expectations in the family, goals and aspirations in factor gender, social ability, goals and aspirations as a factor in whether there are significant differences between the only a child, family expectations factor existing significant differences in the location of family, school, the teachers care, active community participation factor has significant difference in grade. Second, secondary vocational school students coping style score distribution is approximately normal distribution; vocational students’ coping style scores in gender, whether the only child is significantly, there is no difference in the home location and grade; the self-accusation factor coping style has significant difference in gender, whether exists significant differences in rationalization factor for only children, solving problems, rationalization factor has significant difference in grade problem.Third, data analysis shows that the resilience and coping style of vocational students in general has significant positive correlation. To solve the psychological resilience and coping strategies, recourse is a significant positive correlation, self-accusation, back off, rationalization is negative correlation. There is no relations with illusion. Fourth, data analysis shows that due to variable in regression with a score of resilience of secondary vocational school students, problem solving, coping style of recourse, avoidance, rationalization factor into the regression equation, solving problem and recourse can positively predict overall psychological resilience, retreat and rationalization is the backward prediction, variance of the four factors common predict psychological resilience status 11.5%.According to the research conclusion, we can find the method of pressure events in secondary vocational school students’ mental health and development to effectively deal with life’s way from the positive point of view, improving the level of vocational students psychological health education, the teaching in Vocational Colleges and the teaching management level, to provide new ideas for the further education of secondary vocational school students.
