Research On The Model Of Agricultural Science And Technology Extension In University Based On The Test Station

The innovation of science and technology is the key to the development of modern agriculture.Only by taking the extension of agricultural science and technology as the basis,can we better promote the integration of new agricultural science and technology with agricultural production,more effectively promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces,and fully realize the grand goal of rural revitalization.With the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics under the new situation,the current agricultural extension system in our country presents some unsuitable problems for social development;therefore,exploring a new agricultural science and technology extension model is an inevitable choice to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and revitalizing the countryside.Leshan Teachers College is an important provincial general university in southern Sichuan.After more than 20 years of practice and exploration,the school has initially formed a new agricultural science and technology extension model that meets the needs of the development of characteristic industries in southern Sichuan.The agricultural science and technology extension model is mainly based on disciplines,agricultural research platforms and laboratories.Supported by school professors,teachers and other experts,relying on breed chicken test demonstration stations,and aiming at promoting farmers’ income and agricultural efficiency in southern Sichuan,a new mode of agricultural science and technology extension and service for agricultural modernization development in southern Sichuan is provided.In this new mode,the exploration and research of Leshan Teachers College is proceeding step by step.A local breed chicken test station in southern Sichuan was established.This paper first expounds the purpose,background and research trends of the study,then analyses the current situation of agricultural extension at home and abroad,introduces the structure,connotation and characteristics of the "musician model",and expounds the basic situation and operation mechanism of the "musician southern Sichuan local breed chicken test station".Through the investigation and Research on the implementation effect of "poverty alleviation,science and technology demonstration and household entry project of local breed chicken industry" jointly carried out by the experimental station,Muchuan County,Emeishan City and Yunlian County.Investigation shows that the project has promoted the development of breed chicken industry in Muchuan and other places,and has contributed to poverty alleviation and fortification in these places.In Muchuan and other places,the area and quantity of breed chickens and the income of farmers have been steadily improved.The ecological effect of breed chickens has been highlighted,and the market scale has begun to grow.Secondly,the basic situation,operation mode and promotion benefit of the local breed chicken test station in southern Sichuan are summarized and analyzed.After comprehensive comparative analysis,it is concluded that the extension mode has some problems,such as imperfect training system,insufficient investment in funds,low quality of farmers and extension personnel,inadequate scientific research facilities and staff,and organization and management.Problems such as unreasonable management,inadequate legal support,insufficient foreign exchange and cooperation,etc.Finally,the paper summarizes the agricultural science and technology extension models at home and abroad,and concludes that measures should be taken to improve the agricultural science and Technology Extension System in the new period in China,such as increasing investment,establishing and improving training system,improving the quality of personnel and farmers in the station,and improving scientific research facilities and personnel allocation.
