Our country has been a large agricultural country since ancient times.The development of agriculture is related to people's life,social stability and national long-term stability.The dissemination and development of agricultural science and technology is the fundamental way to solve the problem of agricultural development.The agricultural technology extension service system combines "science and technology" with "agriculture",and is an important carrier for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.As an important part of rural public service,agro technical extension service plays an important role in improving the efficiency of agricultural production,resisting the risk of agricultural production and raising the income of farmers.Every agriculture university in China grasps the advanced technology of agricultural science and technology,and it is the source of agricultural technology achievements,talents and information,and is also an important force for agricultural technology extension.This paper based on the theory of planned behavior,knowledge sharing theory,participation willingness theory,incentive theory and many other theories.Through literature study,case analysis,structural interview and other methods,a questionnaire on the willingness to supply the agricultural technology extension of university teachers was made.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the university teachers who had participated in agricultural technology promotion or participating in the agricultural technology extension in Guangdong Province,and 422 valid questionnaires were collected.According to the results of the empirical analysis,the following two conclusions are drawn: on the one hand,the factors that affect the practical action of University Teachers' agricultural technology extension service are as follows:(1)The behavior intention of College Teachers' agro technical promotion is influenced by behavior attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control.(2)University Teachers' attitude toward agro technical popularization is influenced by subjective norm and perceived behavior control.(3)Behavior intention of university teachers plays an intermediary role in the relationship between behavior attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavior control and practical action of agricultural technology extension.On the other hand,every dimension of supervisor's norm is an important factor to encourage the extension of agricultural technology service of university teachers.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Setting up a special fund to promote the continuity and stability of the service;(2)To establish a new model of demand oriented service,to enhance the pertinence and practicability of the promotion,and(3)To establish a part-time extension team to ensure the high quality and level of service;(4)The combination of public welfare and compensation ensures the fairness and effectiveness of service;(5)Improve the evaluation mechanism of service work,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of university teachers;(6)Improve the efficiency of agricultural technology promotion by using information service means.
